ngl the whole season was weak in the romance department.
saying the main love triangle was messy and weird is an understatement. but i'll be having separate chapters for rini and rina :D
rn i'll go through the few ships that were present but also made up throughout the season.

idk if they have strong romantic chemistry bc i rly don't know when maddox started liking ashlyn like that. i don't mind them,,, they're a fun duo. i'm rly curious to see how they'll develop next season bc tim said maddox and jet will find themselves back in the show,, right?
i liked how the season focused more on ashlyn coming out than pushing her to be with maddox immediately tho.

no bc one compliment i'll give this season is the subtlety with these two.
there wasn't development,,, but lots of people were able to catch the little signs. idk HOW bc jet didn't rly do anything big,,, ig it was only bc kourtney is the other wildcat besides ricky that we see him interact with ever since episode 5.
idk if they have strong chemistry either lol. i liked kourtney and howie,,, even tho they weren't necessary. it's a real shame how the show is going to have them break up offscreen ((most likely)) bc they're throwing away all their s2 characters and plots.
