Hiroko finds herself waking up in the nurse's office feeling slightly groggy probably from the painkillers and strain from the excess adrenaline had on her body. Recovery Girl finally arrives.

Recovery Girl greets, "Hello Hiroko. How are-"

"How's Midoriya and Mr. Aizawa? Oh also All Might it look like he got a really bad puncture wound from that Nomu thing. Wait was anyone else hurt? I didn't even ask Bakugo, Kirishima, or Todoroki if they were ok," Hiroko begins sputtering out questions in panic.

"Calm down, calm down. Your classmates are alright," Recovery Girl reassures.

Hiroko lets out a breath of relief, "And the other three?"

"Your brother will be ok. He beat himself up with his quirk pretty bad again. And all three of your teachers will make full recoveries I assure you," she says in the most soothing manner.

"What do you mean by three? Who else got hurt?!" Hiroko worries.

"Thirteen got a little beat up as well, but I guess you weren't there when it happened," the nurse explains.

Hiroko fidgets trying to take in everything that happened. Thinking back to Midoriya's injuries and not sure how to ask her phrase her question.

She gulps and decides to just blurt it out, "How do I help Midoriya get better with his quirk? I don't want him to keep injuring himself like this. It's really hard to watch and I'm sure there is some connection between our powers. I mean he can't just receive a random ability out of thin air, right?"

Recovery Girl sighs, "If only it was that easy. There's nothing you can do. He needs to find the proper way to use his ability on his own."

Hiroko remains silent and then agrees to with the nurse's words, "I hope he learns quick. He could be such a great hero if he could use his quirk."

"Well, you are as healthy as you can until you can get some rest. You are free to go," Recovery Girl states no longer focusing on Hiroko's question.

"Oh, thank you. Can I see any of them before I go?" Hiroko asks.

"Both teachers are undergoing examinations, so they won't be having visitors for awhile and I rather your brother rest," she explains.

"Ok, please wish them well and a speedy recovery for me." Hiroko states before jumping up from her bed.

"Wow I don't feel any pain in my leg at all. You are really amazing thank you!" Hiroko jumps around a few times before heading out.

Hiroko doesn't realize she is only on the far end of the long medical room. Her brother is at the other end waiting for All Might when he hears his sister's worry and questions on how to help. Guilt builds up in him not knowing how to tell her. He knows the moment he gives her the slightest clue she would figure it all out and he can't risk that burden being on her.

"You know she really thinks you will be an amazing hero?" Recovery Girl spooks Midoriya knowing he was eavesdropping.

Midoriya lets out a yelp, "Yeah I've always known that from the letters she sent me when we were younger."

"You could try to show her you think she has the makings of a hero too," this startles Midoriya even though Recovery Girl decides to continue without letting him speak. "She may not realize it, but she has the caring and selfless focus that some heroes lack. Herself confidence in her types of quirk are all that stop her from becoming truly heroic."

Midoriya has no idea how to respond. He never considered his sister wanting to be a hero she always kept the conversation towards his dream of becoming one. He felt even more guilt now not knowing what his sister's own personal goals even are.
