"HIIIIII-RIK-OOOOOOOOOO!" Mina comes screaming into the communal lounge.

There's no way that can be anything good, Hiroko flinches wishing she could sprint off and hide. She peaks over the couch just intime to see Mina fly over the couch, tackling into the cushions.

"Why didn't you tell me you already had a provisional license?" She glares at me inches from Hiroko's face.

Hiroko blushes, "Well. You see. The thing is."

"You better tell her. She's been upset about it all day," Sero explains.

"Yeah! And I can't believe you would hide something like that from your friends," Kaminari fake pouts before going wide eyed seeing Mina and Hiroko on the couch.

"It's not like that I promise," Hiroko sighs and pushes Mina off her.

"Alright then spill!" Mina shouts

"There's not much to tell. I did it while I was abroad. The test was more complex since I got an international one. I didn't know where I would be next with all the travel I did with dad," Hiroko awkwardly smiles.

"That's so cool!" Kirishima exclaims. "Isn't that cool, Bakugo?"

"Tsk. Whatever its not that great," Bakugo walks away not acknowledging anyone.

"Don't mind him. He's grumpy that he didn't pass," Kaminari speaks casually.

"He didn't? But how?" Hiroko sits up in surprise.

"There was a rescue portion where victim care was a part of the point system. Gang Orca attacked an the chance to join battle made him more insensitive," Kirishima explains. "Even Todoroki failed."

"No wonder he is down," Hiroko looks at the elevators where both Katsuki and Shoto are waiting. "I have an idea."

"Hiroko I don't think he wants to be bothered," Kirishima tries to stop her.

"I know," she smiles at the group. "That's why I'm going to make them dinner so they can relax or join us. Does fried chicken and soba work for everyone?"

"Sounds great," they all cheer.

Hiroko goes to the kitchen with a few of the other classmates going to help.

Mina whispers to the group, "She didn't even freak out about us meeting Gang Orca."

"You're right!" Kaminari shouts

"Shhhhh," they hiss and cover his mouth.

"She might hear you. But your right that is one of her favorite heroes of all time," Sero confirms.

Hiroko and the other students finish making food. Hiroko made to plates one with extra spicy fried chicken and the other with a larger portion of soba noodles.

"Need any help with those?" Momo asks

"I'm alright but save me a little, could you?" Hiroko smiles.

"Sure thing. Hey! Don't be so greedy! Save some for Hiroko she cooked it after all!" Momo shouts at everyone making them freeze while she makes a plate for Hiroko.

Hiroko laughs hearing this as the elevator doors close. She makes her way to Shoto first.

"Shoto are you in there? Just wanted to let you know we made dinner," Hiroko doesn't get an answer. "I brought you a plate and will leave it here, feel free to join everyone downstairs too. Also, I know you will succeed in the follow on exam. PLUS ULTRA!"

Hiroko walks away, hearing a door click behind her. He smiles at the food before she loses sight of him around the corner.

She gets off the elevator and walks to Bakugo's door. Its quiet like Shoto's room.

"Hey Katsuki. Wanted to see if you were hungry we made chicken and I grabbed you some extra spicy pieces," she gets no response. "I'll leave a plate here if you get hungry."

She sighs, internally hoping he would unlock it moments later like Shoto, "I heard you met Gang Orca, got to admit I'm kind of jealous. If you get to meet him in your exam, I want to hear all about it. I know you will succeed."

Hiroko fist pumps the air, "Plus Ultra!"

"What the hell are you doing?" a voice behind her makes her stumble.

"I uh- dinner," Hiroko points to the food avoiding Katsuki only in shorts and towel around his neck after clearly coming from the showers.

"Oh. Thanks," Bakugo walks to his door opening it not paying attention to Hiroko being awkward.

Hiroko stares intently at a ceiling tile trying to ignore her blush, "No problem. You're welcome to join us downstairs too."

"You're leaving? I thought you wanted to hear about Gang Orca?"

"I do!" she shouts by accident.

"Then come on," he leaves the door open. "Where's your food? Whatever you can have the soba. I don't like it that much any ways."

"Oh-ok. Thank you," Hiroko awkwardly bows.

"It's not a big deal. So what did you want to know?"

"Everything! Is he as imposing as everyone says? Does his suit have any special features. Did he work with his sidekicks or more solo?" Hiroko full on rambles unable to contain her excitement.

Bakugo gives a half smile, "Calm down you damn nerd. Let me eat first."

Hiroko groans, "That's not fair! It's killing me to wait this long. Everyone only talked about the first stage with the ball thing, I don't know anything about Orca at all." She collapses on his bed.

"Well too bad," Bakugo takes a bite of the fried chicken causing his eyes to widen.

"Not spicy enough? It is cold?"

"It's good. And take your shitty shoes off if you're going to lay on my bed!"

Hiroko jumps off the bed, "Ah! I'm sorry I forgot I wasn't in my room and made myself comfortable. How rude of me."

"Don't be stupid. It's fine," Bakugo smiles taking another bite of chicken. "He was every bit intimidating as the media portrays him. Why do you like him?"

"Really?!" Hiroko stares in disbelief, "he has the most organized agency, he can totally handle any villain in any situation. He is a total badass."

"He's not better than me," Bakugo glares

"I don't know if I would go that far," Hiroko sticks her tongue at him

"The hell you're getting my noodles now," Bakugo pulls his plate further from her

"NO! I'm sorry you are the best King Explosion Murder! Don't take my food," Hiroko groans falling dramatically on the bed.

Bakugo blushes a deep red avoiding looking at Hiroko before passing the rest of his plate with only soba left.

"Thank you!" Hiroko snatches the food greedily.

A/N: Slight filler episode but needed to express my Gang Orca obsession since I didn't write the actual hero license events.
