Aizawa arrives noticing the odd behavior from his students, but is also too tired to care.
"Bakugo throw the ball," Aizawa tosses him a baseball. "Treat this just like the quirk test at the beginning of the year."
Bakugo gets into position and yells, "GO TO HELL!"
The ball goes flying. Aizawa holds up a device showing 709 meters.
"That didn't go as far as I thought it would," Jiro whispers.
"These last few months you gained stamina and experience, but as you see your quirks haven't improved very much," Aizawa begins to explain while the class looks on in confusion.
"You need to train your quirk like you would any other muscle. And the only way to do that is push it beyond your limits and hope you don't die," Aizawa gives a wicked smile.
Everyone feels a chill crawl down their spin waiting to see what he has planned and rightfully so when they all begin training. Hiroko is to focus on her pull quirk first. She will move through the forest swinging on the trees with her hands and feet using the pull quirk. If she touches the ground she has to run up the cliff without falling down and then continue swinging through the trees.
Class 1-A and 1-B finish for the day groaning in pain and soreness. The challenge of the day isn't over either; they have to make dinner.
"Todoroki help us light the fires for the grills," Mina shouts.
"Wow Bakugo you really know how to cook don't you?" Uraraka comments while he professionally chops vegetables.
"What's that supposed to mean?!" Bakugo growls still making perfect cuts without even looking.
Everyone is helping making the meal. Hiroko is staying the farthest away still feeling embarrassed but still sets up the table to contribute in some way. She sees Kota walk up the hill on his own just as they are about to serve the food.
"Thank you for the food!" All the classmates cheer before digging into the dishes.
Jiro comments, "Momo. Hiroko. You both sure eat a lot."
"It's amazing! I'm going to have fifths," Hiroko's hunger lets her forget about being embarrassed.
"I need to eat a lot to make my quirk work. The more fats I have the faster I can produce things out," Momo explains.
"Like poop," Sero compares.
Hiroko and Jiro punch him in the face simultaneously, "APOLOGIZE!"
"Has anyone seen Kota?" Midoriya asks.
"He went up that hill a little while ago," Hiroko points and then continues to give Sero a noogie until he apologizes.
Midoriya returns shortly after dinner ends, seeming defeated by his efforts to once again befriend Kota. Hiroko goes over to him out of curiosity.
"Why are you being so persistent in getting to know him? He obviously dislikes heroes."
"That's why I want to. I don't understand how he could when his parents were great heroes. Also I don't want him to feel alone," Midoriya explains.
"Not everyone grows up with the same positive view of quirks. It took me almost 10 years to accept that my fire breathe didn't make me a villain," Hiroko admits.
"You could never be a villain! No matter what your quirk!" Midoriya is shocked to hear her say that about herself.
Hiroko pats his shoulder seeing him get worked up, "Don't worry about it too much. I've pretty much moved passed it, but you need to realize people have pasts they need to work out on their own. Some things can only be solved with time."
