Hero Costumes

"Look at me entering through the door like a HERO!" All Might announces through class 1-A's door.

The students erupt in gasps and cheering seeing the Number One Hero's arrival. Hiroko looks up from her notebook to see Midoriya in full on fanboy mode getting to have his favorite hero teaching. Surprising her is that Bakugo also seem to be giving the hero his full attention with no obvious attitude.

Hiroko laughs, "They are worse than I was."

Todoroki interrupts her, "I wouldn't be so sure. They at least didn't get jealous of someone else getting to experience his quirk first hand."

Hiroko goes bright red realizing some how Todoroki overheard her grumble yesterday during the skill test, "How- how did you even hear that? And I wasn't jealous. I was appreciating getting to see Eraser Head in action." She tries to defend.

"Riiiight," Todoroki teases.

Leaving Hiroko at a lost for words. She scrunches her nose at him making sure it is recognizable she is making a face under her mask. She never expected the stoic student to make a joke. She was happy he was willing to interact and joke with him. He seemed different from the others in a good way.

All Might calms the class down to explain today's lesson with be a fighting challenge between teams of heroes and villains. "Before I go into too much detail maybe you should get changed into these!"

All Might gestures to cases that pop out of the wall. Gasps and screaming fill the room. All the students know these are their hero costumes.

"Now everyone, go change and meet me at Ground Beta where I will explain the training for today in more detail," All Might announces.

Everyone rushes up to grab their case to see what was made for them. Hiroko is ecstatic to see they added all the features she requested and the suit design itself wasn't too bad. She didn't expect it to be as skintight as it was.

"Anyone else feel like they have designed these to be a little too form fitting?" Hiroko asks

"Yeah, I should have specified more so I wouldn't have this body suit," Uraraka says. "But I love your look Hiroko. Does it have any quirk assist features?"

"Kind of. The cape is actually a capture net that's why it has the weights in the corners. My gloves are designed like boxing wraps so I can still use my 'Pull' Quirk but still support my wrists in close combat. The boots can be spikes or slick so I can maneuver with my quirk," Hiroko explains

"What about your mask? It seems different," Tsu asks

"I forgot about the mask I'm so used to having one on. It's to help me to control and contain my quirk," Hiroko explains.

Before anyone can ask, what she means. Jiro reminds them of the time. All the girls head to the battle ground and continue to compliment the designs.

"Wow Hiroko your hero outfit looks really manly," Kirishima runs up.

"Thanks, Kirishima. You really think it works together?" Hiroko is unsure looking at the tight shorts and basically a sports bra for a top.

"Absolutely!" Sero interrupts. "I wish I thought to make mine separates like you and Bakugo did."

Hiroko looks over at Bakugo's costume, "Are the grenades aesthetic or functional?"

"Tsk," Bakugo responds. "Why would I tell you that? We could be enemies in the next few minutes."

"Whatever," Hiroko waves him off. "It will only help you this one time and I'd still beat you even if you told me."

"What did you say!" Bakugo shouts.

"You heard me!" Hiroko returns growling back.

The two stare each other down. Sero and Kirishima try to break them up. Mina grabs Hiroko's arm and reluctantly follows her friend rather than get in trouble by starting a fight.

"That was intense! What's up with you two any ways?" Mina asks.

"It's nothing," Hiroko says, Mina gives he a questioning stare.

"Really it is stupid. I got second place in the practical exam by 1 point and declared my goal is to take down the person who got first place." Hiroko nods toward Bakugo.

Mina squeals, "That is hilarious! You two are going to buttheads all year, aren't you?"

Hiroko laughs and rubs the back of her neck, "Yeah. You are probably right."

"LET'S BEGIN THE LESSON FOR THE DAY!" All Might appears in a cloud of smoke.

"You all look exceptional in your hero gear. Now remember, when you wear these outfits you are representing the school and everything it stands for. That means show it the respect it deserves," All Might wants to stress these points.

"YES, SIR!" the class shouts understanding what he is trying to say.

"Now for today's lesson. Everyone will be paired up and then teams will act as the heroes or the villains. You either capture the other team or heroes capture the doomsday weapon before time runs out. This is your opportunity to use your quirks to their full extent. I will stop things if they get too extreme," All Might explains

The students are paired up and told to wait in the viewing room until it is their turn. Hiroko get paired with Todoroki so she goes over to discuss quirks and strategy more.

"Hi, Todoroki. It's amazing we got to teamed up together, so you want to figure out a strategy to have our quirks work together?" Hiroko suggests

Todoroki appears serious, "In all honesty Hiroko. Stay out of my way for this and we will pass." He walks away to get a better view of the TV.

"Wait, what?!" Hiroko is annoyed by his ego and decides its best to ignore him. "I'll show him what I can do when its our turn. I won't let him treat me like I'm not here."

Hiroko stands next to Kirishima to brighten her spirits. She looks at his should gears and without realizing she reaches out to touch them. He jumps slightly not expecting anyone to be near, but smiles when he recognizes her.

She gives him a thumbs up whispering to not distract everyone from the next fight, "Super Manly. I'm impressed" . 

Kirishima smiles wide showing all of his sharp teeth from the compliment.

A/N: It kills me most of the girls don't have features with their costumes and I couldn't let my OC experience the same.
