A wall crumbles to pieces with some debris smashing into the crates.

Karisma sprints to where the girl was sitting. She has her head covered and is hiding behind a crate in fear of the noise.

"Are you injured?" Karisma cringes at her poor choice of words looking at the bandages covering everywhere but her face.

She continues to shake and not even acknowledging the hero.

Karisma frowns, "My name is Karisma. I'm a hero here to help."

The girl stops shaking to look up at her, "A hero?" The girl looks at the scar with wide-eyes.

"Yep. One of the toughest," Karisma does some small boxing jabs not hiding her scar. "I know would you like a piece of candy to help calm your nerves?"

The girl's eyes are expressive with excitement and nods her head once. A small piece of candy is placed in her small hand while watching Karisma eat one as well.

"It's strawberry, I hope you like that flavor." Karisma keeps an eye out for the others that were packing the trucks. It appears they scattered during the explosion. "Cowards she mumbles.

The girl is unaware of anything happening and is enjoying the candy with the biggest grin that her eyes squint closed. Karisma smiles too.

"What's your name?" Karisma tries again while also seeing a head of yellow and green hair walk through the destroyed wall. She laughs shaking her head at their antics.

"Eri," a small voice says.

"That is a great name! I'd like to help you Eri. Can I take you somewhere safe?"

She hesitates and looks around, "He might hurt you."

Karisma frowns but quickly turns it into a closed-eye smile, "Don't you worry. I'm very strong and I came here with some of the best heroes ever."

Leaning in, the girl mimics her actions.

"Do you know Deku and Lemillion?" she whispers as if it's a big secret.

The girl shakes her head no.

"No?!" Karisma hush gasps. "They are only the bravest heroes ever and will protect everyone they come across."

Karisma leans out from their hiding place to see them in the midst of battle with Overhaul and a few underlings.

"See they are the bravest heroes. They are fighting for us right now," Karisma points them out seeing that no one is looking in their direction.

Eri looks out and gasps, "I know them." She gives the smallest smile.

Karisma bites down on both her lips to keep from giving too big of a smile that may scare the girl with her scar stretching out.

"See I told you they are great heroes," she reassures Eri who smiles as if she got another piece of candy. "Let's get you somewhere safer so they can fight without concern. Ok?"

Eri nods grabbing Karisma's outstretched hand. Secretly using her pull quirk on her hand she confirms her grip is tight with Eri's.

"Stay close," Karisma starts moving toward the large door she came through earlier.

Gunshots begin ringing out from every direction. Karisma ducks covering Eri with her body. During the pause she rushes towards the exit once more. She checks again surprised no one is directly aiming for them. Not even Overhaul has taken action to find her.

"One more sprint," she tries to keep Eri's focus away from everything else going on. The determination in the girl's eyes is impressive even if she is trying to hide the small shivers of fear.

"Let's go."

They take off once more only for a guard to come out from behind a stack of crates near their destination. Everything slows down as gun is pointed in their direction. Karisma grabs Eri and tucks her tightly against her body while trying to use her pull quirk on the crates above the guard.

BANG!

She hears the gun go off and the crashing of the crates, but does not feel any pain from the bullet. She turns keeping Eri's head covered. Only to panic seeing Lemillion on the ground right between them and the shooter.

"Lemilion!" Karisma shouts forgetting her surroundings. She checks his wound seeing a syringe like dart sticking out of him.

Deku looks over seeing his sister, Lemillion, and the girl all together.

"Hurry and get out of here Karisma," Deku shouts.

Overhaul looks over seeing Eri in the hands of heroes. He changes his focus towards the girl. Karisma looks overhearing Deku and noticing Overhaul's enraged expression.

Karisma pulls Lemillion to safety after he protects them both.

"Take care of Eri," Karisma says to Lemillion.

His eyebrows scrunch together, "What are you planning?"

Deku pushes Overhaul back for the time being. Karisma takes a moment to gauge the situation, noticing some movement near the trucks being packed earlier.

"Listen Eri," she turns to the small girl still gripping her cape. She takes the small bag she has been carrying and hands it to Eri. "Can you watch this for me? I am going to leave you with Lemillion. I can guarantee he will look out for you."

Eri takes the pack and looks at Lemillion still gripping Karisma's cape. He smiles softly. She approaches slowly reaching her hand out to him.

When he lightly takes it. She nods and says, "Ok."

"Great I'm counting on you Lemillion," Karisma salutes and runs off.

Karisma runs toward Deku and Overhaul. A few gunmen in between her and her brother.

"Don't you hurt him!" She breaths a large fireball at the man while using her pull quirk to make a wall of flame to separate the two battles.

The shots fired are vaporized by the firewall. It also brings the attention towards Karisma now, leaving Deku to only fight Overhaul.

Karisma continues to use her quirk to protect Deku and Lemillion. Who is slowly getting to his feet while still protecting Eri the best he can.

"How many of those suppressant bullets do you have?" Karisma groans.

She notices movement near the trucks once more.

Toga and Twice. They aren't leaving with the suppressants so it must be something else, she contemplates.

Lemillion makes it with Eri into the hall. Deku and Overhaul have moved their fight entirely out of the building.

"I'm sick of this!" Karisma loses patience and begins pulling the guns out from each of their hands and turning them into molten lava. Crates begin falling from all directions onto the enemies.

Karisma pants from exhaustion. Takes a moment to verify all the enemies are down before turning her attention back to the trucks.
