BNHA Siblings: The Anxious & The Exuberant

UA Dorms

Move in day has finally arrived and no one can contain their excitement. All the students gathered outside the designated building waiting for the teacher to arrive.

Hiroko keeps looking at the shiner Midoriya has on his right eye since the day All Might came to speak to them about the dorms. She playfully goes to touch it to see if he will admit how he got it.

Midoriya swats her hand away out of habit at this point, "It's fine and nothing to worry about. I kind of deserved it."

"I'm sure you did. Doesn't mean I still don't want to know how and why. Maybe even who, so I can return the favor," Hiroko's tone goes darker at the last part making Midoriya shiver.

Midoriya knows Hiroko will follow up on that threat if she finds out it was All Might. Not caring if it was a teacher or the fact, he kind of needed All Might's lesson beat into him... again.

"Ahh... look there's Uraraka and Iida," Midoriya quickly moves to stand next to his friends trying to ignore his sister's glare.

"This is so annoying why can't we go in?" Hiroko groans moving her crutches to one side so she can set her backpack down.

Mina walks up, "Are you sure you don't want me to carry that? You are still injured after all."

"I'm fine I swear," Hiroko puts on the worst attempt of a smile after being asked that so many time by family, friends, and even random strangers that recognize her.

Mina looks to the rest of their friends trying to get help but they are all looking elsewhere mainly because they tried similar attempts. Hiroko stares them down incase they get any ideas to ask again.

Mina turns back catching Hiroko's stare before she softens her expression back, "Fine but you better ask for help if you really need it. Got that?"

Hiroko flinches not expecting such a stern talking to, "Of course."

Hiroko and Mina smile to one another. While the boys relax a moment knowing Mina is probably the best one to get through to her.

Aizawa clears his throat. All the students jump out of the way. He walks between them and the dorm, glancing at a few students along the way.

"Before we open the dorms, I have some things to discuss with you all," Aizawa's tone is stern making everyone give him their full attention.

"I'm glad we got approval to keep class 1-A together," Aizawa begins.

"Kirishima, Momo, Midoriya, Todoroki, and Iida. You broke the rules and went to rescue Bakugo and Hiroko that night," he watches the class closely.

The five have expressions mixed with fear, guilt, and concern. The rest of their class gulps or avoids eye contact with their teacher.

"Based on reactions I assume the rest of the class had some idea you were planning this. I'm going to just say this," Aizawa's words have everyone on edge.

"If it wasn't for All Might's retirement, I would have expelled everyone here. Except Bakugo, Hiroko, Jiro, and Hagakure. The rest of you knew what they were planning and did nothing."

"Sir, that doesn't seem fair," Momo tries to speak on behalf of her other classmates.

"Enough. You have lost our trust by acting without thinking and the rest for not reporting them for their reckless actions. To regain our respect, you will follow every rule to the letter and not cause trouble."

Aizawa turns away from them and starts heading into the dorms, "That's all I have to say. I will post the room assignments in the lounge. Enjoy your new home."

Everyone is stiff after the announcement and uncertain to go in. Hiroko has her eyebrows knitted together and is looking straight to the ground hearing this new information. Kirishima looks at Hiroko and makes eye contact with Bakugo before quickly looking away.

Bakugo tsks gaining everyone's attention and pulls Kaminari behind the bushes near the walking path. Zaps fly out from all directions.

"Weee," Kaminari comes out with both thumbs up and a silly grin.

The class giggles, but the contained laughter bursts out of everyone.

"What did he do to you?" Sero asks between chuckles.

Kamanari just keeps walking around with his thumbs up. Bakugo hands Kirishima a stack of money.

"DID YOU JUST ROB HIM?" Kirishima panics

"No, you moron. It's my own money," Bakugo growls. "Don't waste your money like that, I know you were saving up for a pair of night goggles for your uniform."

"Thanks, Bakubro," Kirishima smiles.

"Whatever," Bakugo walks over snatches Hiroko's backpack before heading into the dorms.

Hiroko doesn't even process him taking her bag until he is nearly half way, "HEY! That's mine give it back."

Hiroko growls hurrying as fast as she can after him on her crutches. The class stares at the two heading in.

"Did Bakugo just lighten the mood?"

"Was that him being nice"

"Who'd of thought"

"More importantly did you see him smirk when Hiroko started yelling at him?" Tsu asks

"WHAT?!" The girls scream.

Everyone starts funneling into the dorms after that. Hiroko goes straight to her room after finally convincing Bakugo she can make it down the hall to start unpacking.
