"We need to prepare for the provisional license exam. Normally you wouldn't get an opportunity until your second year, but the school deems it necessary to have first years apply since the Hoshu Incident," Aizawa explains to the class.

Hiroko flinches causing her crutch to slide to the floor after thinking back to the Nomu grabbing her. Shoto looks over at Hiroko seeing her clenched hands.

"Hiroko is something wrong?" Shoto whispers.

She shakes her head no. Before he can question it further the classroom door opens wide.

"And to do that he called in reinforcements," Midnight appears with a few other teachers to train with the students. "Let's get your hero suits on and train for your ultimate technique!"

The students scramble to get their suits. Mina grabs Hiroko's case for her.

"Mina you don't have to do that," Hiroko tsks

"But I want to," she smiles brightly. "And if you keep copying Bakugo I'm going to think something is up."

"Wha- What?!" Hiroko stumbles from Mina's teasing. "What are you talking about? Copying Bakugo how?"

Sero and Kaminari overhear this and can't wait to tease Bakugo.

"Pretty cute how Hiroko is picking up habits from our group," Kaminari says approaching Kirishima and Bakugo.

They both turn questioning him. Sero takes it a step further.

"She started copying your mannerisms Bakubro," he pokes Bakugo in the shoulder.

"WHAT are you talking about, damn nerd? And don't call me that" Bakugo shouts

The guys freeze when they hear Hiroko shouting.

"Mina you damn racoon eyes give me back my suit! I'll kill you!" Hiroko shouts before entering the girls' locker room.

Bakugo blushes. Kirishima smirks. Sero and Kaminari burst out laughing.

"Shut up you damn nerds," Bakugo stalks off in embarrassment.

Once arrived at the gym they are all given areas to work on their quirks independently. Hiroko begins walking to her area when a hand comes out blocking her path.

"Sir?" she questions looking at her teacher.

"Take it easy today. You are still healing," Aizawa states looking at her leg brace and now wrapped knuckles.

Hiroko laughs nervously hiding her hand behind her back, "Yeah injury prone I get it but..."

Aizawa holds his hand up stopping her pending ramble, "I'm also sorry if I brought up bad memories by mentioning Hoshu."

Hiroko sighs, upset she couldn't hide her reaction earlier, "It did, but that's also why I want to work hard. I need to get stronger. I don't want to feel weak anymore."

Aizawa sighs seeing her blind, nearing reckless determination, "You know we never did talk about what happened at camp that caused you to cut your hand?"

"We didn't? You sure?" Hiroko avoids eye contact biting her bottom lip causing her mask to scrunch.

"We have not." He says plainly. "I've seen your records and had some gaps filled in from contacts I have within certain circles."

"Damn it, Tsukauchi," Hiroko grumbles.

Aizawa smiles at how easily she put it together, "Any way I figured I would be straight forward. I know what happened at the training camp with Kota calling you a villain. I also know about the medical clinic and what led up to you moving back to Japan. I hope you know none of the teachers or those who truly matter would ever think of you poorly for how you grew up."
