"Clive..." He immediately turn his head towards me, raising his eyebrow. We're currently heading to a fancy restaurant but I found myself craving for street foods. Ayaw ko man pahalatain na buntis ako pero wala na akong magagawa. Gagawan ko nalang ng dahilan.

His head went back on the road, his thumb still caressing the back of my hand. "What is it, hon? What's wrong?"

"Gusto ko sana kumain ng kwek-kwek sa Luneta Park."

Silence engulfs the car for a moment before he chuckled, "Okay,"

Kumabog ang dibdib ko sa kaba, "Bakit mo'ko tinatawanan? May nakakatawa ba?" My eyes narrowed, holding his hand tightly.

"Wala, ang cute mo lang." He smiles. I rolled my eyes at him and never turned my head back at him again.

"Is it your time of the month?" After a moment of silence, he asked.

"Oo, pakialam mo?!" Nakakita na ako ng dahilan at siya pa ang nagbigay kaya sasakyan ko nalang.

He glanced at me and shrugs, "Makes sense."

"Anong makes sense?! Upakan kaya kita, gusto mo 'yon?!"

"Basta hahalikan mo'ko pagkatapos, sige ba." Hindi ko nalang siya pinansin kasi baka pumangit ang araw ko. This is the hormones talking, not me.

"Alright, we're here." He mentioned pagkalipas ng ilang minuto, "Mamaya nalang tayo kakain doon."

I made a noise in acknowledgement when I'm finally out of the car as he opened it for me. Dumiretso kami kaagad sa nagtitinda ng kwek-kwek. Hindi ko maiwasang mapansin ang mga tumitingin sa aming dalawa. Sino ba naman ang hindi titingin sa lalaking naka black suede suit at babaeng naka-skin toned bodycon dress with a Gucci hand bag?

We both are so out of place here but I could care less because I'm almost drooling at the sight of the food I am craving for.

"Apat nga po sa isang stick, manong. Hon, do you want some?" Clive raised his head at me from his phone and put it in his pocket while nodding, scratching his nose in the process. "Yeah, tatlo sa isang stick."

Tumango naman kaagad ang mama at binigay sa amin ang aming binibili. I paid for it and held Clive's arm which is carrying my hand bag as I ate my food.

"Sarap." I moaned in delight after biting the delicious street food. Clive didn't make any noise but we continued on walking until we finally finished it.

"Gusto mo pa bang kumain?" I nodded, still hungry. "Then we'll eat our late lunch at the restaurant."

I smiled at him and kiss his cheek, slightly standing in my toes because I'm only wearing some barely high heels - suitable enough for me to look tall beside him, "Okay."

We finally arrived and was quickly led to our table. As we waited, Clive started a topic. "Which track is your favorite?"

"On your album?" He nods. "I love it all, to be honest with you."

"Really?" I nodded.

"Especially, you." I winked at him. What shocked me the most is seeing his cheeks being red all of a sudden. Hindi ko mapigilang tawanan ang reaksyon niya.

"What?" He bit his bottom lip.

"You're blushing." Hindi ko inaakalang kikiligin siya sa sinabi ko.

"No, I'm not."
