{89} Castiel

You and Castiel had known each other for years. You were Sam and Dean's little sister and you had met Castiel right after he had pulled Dean out of Hell. You immediately felt a connection with him. The two of you bonded over the most random stuff.

He became your best friend. The two of you did everything together. Dean would even make jokes about how you liked Castiel more than your brothers. Dean would always tease the two of you when you were together, making you blush.

Thankfully, since Castiel was an angel, most of Dean's sexual jokes went over Cas' head. Otherwise, you would be humiliated by your older brother. All jokes aside though, you did have feelings for Castiel. You felt like you could really open up to him and you felt like he understood you more than anyone else ever had.

You felt like Castiel might have had those same feelings for you. But, it was so hard to tell. It seems like one day he was being very affectionate towards you, and the next day he was all about business and hunting with your brothers.

You didn't know if Castiel was doing it on purpose, as if it was a game to him, or if he was unintentionally doing it. You wouldn't blame him if he didn't realize what he was doing. After all, until he met the three of you, he was in Heaven abiding by every rule.

Either way, you knew one thing for sure, you were tired of the emotional rollercoaster.

You, your brothers, and Castiel had just finished up with a ghost hunt about fifty miles from the Bunker. There were claims that a poltergeist had been haunting the home of a family of three. When the four of you got there, you immediately began your investigation, noting all the signs of a spirit.

You did research and found out that the previous owner of the house had been a young woman who lived with her fiancé. One night, the woman came home and found her husband cheating on her.

She killed her husband and the girl he was with before taking her own life as well. You discovered that the spirit haunting the house was the spirit of this woman. Based on the activity she had shown in the house, you knew she was powerful; but, you couldn't convince the family to leave their home for the night.

So, you told them you would stay to protect them from the spirit while the three boys went to the cemetery where she was buried to burn the bones. Luckily, you provided a good enough distraction that the spirit left the other members of the house alone.

But, she directed all of her energy towards you. She knocked you all around the house. You managed to grab an iron poker from their fireplace. You did your best to fight off the spirit, just praying that the boys would finish up soon.

In the process, though, the spirit threw you into the wall at a weird angle and the poker ended up going through your side. You let out a scream of pain as you pulled the poker out of you, placing your hand on your side. When you removed your hand, you saw that it was completely covered in blood.
