"What are you doing? Gwen asked as she walked past her boyfriend hiding in a bush as he and Jett shoved signs with their names on them in front of each other, Jett dressed like he was going into battle, complete with war paint.
"Nothing!" they both said as they threw away the signs and Jett ran off.
"Hi," James grinned as he jumped out from the bush and pulled her into a kiss.
"Hi," she smiled at her childish boyfriend who she loved to pieces as her arms snaked around his neck.
"Not that I'm not happy to see you but aren't you supposed to be at work?" he asked, his hands on her sides.
"Well, Griffin wants my dad to kidnap him -"
"What?! Why?" James asked, thoroughly confused.
Gwen shrugged. "He's a rich man and people might try to take advantage of that so he wants to be prepared, I don't know, the man is a loon. Anyways my dad didn't want me around whatever Griffin was up to, Carlos and Logan volunteered to kidnap him by the way, so he gave me the day off. Now back to why you and Jett were in a bush?"
James had a sheepish smile on his face.
"So, Lucy's ex-boyfriend is back in town and trying to win her back so we're trying to help Kendall ask her out first before they get back together," James explained rather quickly and Gwen raised an eyebrow.
"That still doesn't explain why Jett was here."
James only spun Gwen around to watch as a dark-haired boy in a half-buttoned shirt smiled as he walked over and sat down next to Lucy.
"Ok, I get it. He is kind of cute."
"No, he's not!" James exclaimed as he spun his girlfriend back to face him with a frown on his face.
"Baby, you didn't let me finish," she said before wrapping her arms back around his neck. "He may be cute, but you're cuter. And hotter. And the guy I happen to love. So, you don't need to worry about him."
James gave her a smile of relief as he kissed her, hands warm on her sides before he pulled away and a serious look fell on his face.
"But I still want him gone."

"Hey, guys," Camille greeted as she opened her door and Gwen moved to stand at her side and wave at Kendall, James and Jett. "What's up?" Camille asked as Gwen leaned on the wall behind her.
"Have you met Beau? Lucy's ex?" Kendall asked and Gwen crossed her arms over her chest as she tried to decipher what they were up to.
"No, but I hear he's dreamy and gave her some amazing necklace," Camille gushed as James and Jett rolled their eyes.
"Kendall saw him kissing another girl," Jett said and Gwen stood straight, shocked and angry.
"We hate him. What's the plan?" the girls asked in unison.
"We are going to set a hot girl trap and catch him in the act of macking," James explained as they all held up recording and audio equipment.
"He's from Georgia, right?" Camille asked and the boys nodded. "Then I think I know exactly what he's looking for."
Her friend closed the door only to open it again dressed in a Southern outfit as Gwen dodged the lacy parasol she opened.
"Why Mr Beauregard, I do declare," she exclaimed in the accent as the boys gave her confused and surprised looks.
