Foul Love (Sasuke x OC)

"Alright team!" Gai shouts. "Time to stop for the night! Luckily for us, there's a resort with a hot spring right in the village!"

Lee cheers along with him and Tenten and I look at each other, obviously excited about the hot spring. I hope it's not mixed bathing though...

Once we arrive at the hotel, we unpack our things. The trip was only two days but i'm already tired. We're all staying in one room, but in separate futons. Tenten and I head down to the girls hot springs. We get undressed to head into the boiling bath.

Tenten lets down her hair before we go in, and I stare at her in awe.

"What?" Tenten says with a blush.

"You're gorgeous!"

She looks down at the floor, "You don't have to say that Madi, you don't have to make me feel better."

"What the hell are you talking about?" I say with complete serious. "You're so pretty Tenten, it's a shock that you're single."

"Stop that," is all she tells me before we head into the hot spring.

The water is so nice, and I want to stay there forever. My muscles begin to relax, but all my worries come back when Naruto comes into my mind. Is he okay? How's the mission going? Is he hurt?

Tenten notices a worried look on my face, "Are you alright?"

Returning to the hot springs, I shake myself into awareness. "Yeah of course, just worried about Naruto is all."

"It's understandable, I mean he is your brother. We're on a mission though, and this is our only time to relax, so try to focus on yourself."

"You know Tenten," I say to her. "I've never had a friend before, and you're pretty much the closest thing I've ever had to a friend. Thank you."

"Of course I'm your friend Madi, you may seem cold but there's a lot more to you."

A faint tint of pink appears on my cheeks at this remark. Why is she being so kind? It feels wrong, but I think I'm happy...

"Once this mission is over, I'll ask her out again! She'll have to say yes after seeing my heroics!" Everyone turns to the wall dividing the two hot springs.

"No. Fucking. Way." I mumble. Lee's voice can be heard from across the boiling springs and my head sinks under water in embarrassment.

"Oh my god," comes Tenten. Her face turns to me, and she sees only my eyes above water. My locks of ruby are floating above the water and dispersing around me.

"Your hair is very beautiful Madi, I see why Lee likes you so much."

"Yeah, yeah," I grumble, but it's incomprehensible from under the water.

After a nice relaxing soak, Tenten and I get out and head up towards the hotel room. Once we get in, we change into pajamas and settle into bed and the boys do the same. My eyes widen in shock when I see Lee and Gai wearing matching footie pajamas. Each onesie was dark green with orange leg warmers, much like their ninja attire but instead it was fuzzy and they had a matching hat to go with it. Their pajamas were even more absurd than Naruto's. The thought of the whiskered boy made my heart hurt a little. It's been four days without him, and I miss him immensely.

My bed is in the middle of Neji's and Tenten's. I couldn't help but feel like I was in between something happening, but if I were to just offer to move it would be too obvious. Instead, I shut the lights off and we all doze off.

"Madi,"  a voice calls.

"Who's there?"

A devious laugh comes from behind me. I then turn to see the all too familiar cage that seals the infamous nine tails.
