Sasuke and I don't even look at each other during the meal. Kabuto gives the two of us glares, but no one acknowledges it. Was I really just letting go with Sasuke? Before I came here I was preparing to kill him, and honestly I still would. What was it that made me do that? He initiated it, but why?

Orochimaru pulls me out of my thoughts, "You'll no longer be staying in a room Madevila."

I look up from my disgusting food, "What do you mean by that?"

"Well, it'll be a lot more exciting to see how much your body can endure for days on end," he declares.

This sends fear up my spine, but I can't say anything. To respond now would be to show weakness, and in this situation I can show none. If I want to get along with my plans, I must comply. It's the only way to make sure my plan is successful.

In response to Orochimaru's statement, I just nod. This reaction seems unsatisfactory to him, but he doesn't do anything beyond scoff.

Kabuto takes me by the arm, and brings me back into the room. My blood is still stained on the floor, and my old shirt sits in the corner of the room. The ninja with glasses then brings me over to a new spot, where he proceeds to chain my wrists to a wall. There's a little bit of slack, but not much at all.

"Are you only going to use these chains to torcher me?" I tease Kabuto.

He approaches me and squats down to eye level, "The sight of you like this makes me wish otherwise, but I've been given an order. Such a pretty little thing, what a shame."

Kabuto comes over with a pair of scissors and cuts off my tank top. He seems to be enjoying this a lot more than I am, but the smirk on my face never wavers.

"I hope you enjoyed that meal Madevila," Kabuto starts. "Because it will be your last for quite a while."

"I'll die," I tell him. "Wouldn't that be sort of counter intuitive?"

"You don't need meals to live, you'll be fed just enough to survive," Kabuto informs me with a malicious smile.

My eyes roll, "How lovely..."

Orochimaru comes into the room with Sasuke. His face remains the same at the sight of seeing me chained up. I should have known all his words were just feeble lies. Honestly I felt more relieved than sad, feelings just make things complicated. Especially with what comes next in my plan.

"Sasuke, see how much lightning she can take," orders Orochimaru.

Sasuke makes his way over to where I'm chained, and rolls his sleeves up. Something pokes at my leg as he sits down, and his little friend seems unsatisfied from our last meeting. You can't see it because of his robe, but you can feel it. A smirk grazes my lips, but he elects to ignore it.

Sasuke places his hands on my shoulders. His chakra becomes more and more noticeable, and he still refuses to meet my eyes. Suddenly a shock is spread across my body and I look at his hands emitting electricity. He increases the voltage and it starts to tingle. I put myself through a lot of intense training to withstand lightning, so I won't give him the satisfaction of making me crumble.

"Is that all you got?" I tease Sasuke with a playful tone. His eyes finally met with mine but they didn't look like anything. They were entirely blank.

"Sasuke," Orochimaru hisses. "More power."

Immediately Sasuke does as he's told, and the tingling started to burn. It wasn't unbearable yet, but it definitely wasn't comfortable. This isn't the time for me to reveal my new ability, so I just sit in pain. If torture is what I was going to have to endure, then so be it.
