C: I can't believe that you and Marshal get to tour together. I scream while talking to Austin.
A: I'm sure you said it loud enough for the west coast to hear.
J Came down the stairs.
J: What's going on?
A: Your mom is a little excited.
J: About what?
A: We are going on tour in a month. We have a few stops in Greece and Europe.
J: Ok.
A: You're 10 now. Do you still like going?
J:Of course I do.
A: You are big enough to watch the first half of my show if you want.
J: That is awesome, thanks dad.
A: We will still have a nanny for Lily Grace.
J: Who are you touring with?
A: Well we have never toured together so it might be a little different than what you are used to, but you know them.
J: Who is it?
A: Uncle Em.
J: YES!!!
A: So are you excited?
J has left the building. I laugh.
The doorbell rings, it's Fran and Marshal.
M: Has she stopped screaming yet?
A: Nope. Fran?
M: Nope. I told her she should stay home before I told her we were working together.
I like that they are so close.
A: Me too!
We go into the studio to work.
POV Charlotte
C: I can't believe this is happening.
F: Neither can I . We need clothes the kids do too.
C: Fran and I are going shopping for the tour. Do you want to go?
J: No.
C: Do you want anything special?
J: Not really.
C: Are you good son?
J: Yes. Mom, you made me miss my shot. Sorry guys, my mom is asking me something.
C: I'll let you get back to it.
J not only looks like his dad he acts like him too. I laugh to myself. I walk into Lilly's room and she is asleep. I called the nanny to come sit with them and she showed up in 15 minutes. Where did Fran go? I hear her laughing. It's good to hear her laugh.
I walk into the studio.
C: Hey are you ready.
A: Where are you going?
C: I need clothes and so does Fran. We are going shopping. Marshal hands Fran his Black card and says take it easy and she laughs. Austin hands me his and says go crazy. I laugh.
They both know we aren't going to buy much; they love giving us grief.
A: Are the kids going?
C: No, the nanny is watching them.
A: Ok. Don't forget about our date tonight.
C: I didn't. 🥰
F: Why don't you take me on dates?
M: I did then you married me. Haha.
She looked at him.
M: I have plans for us tonight too.
Fran and I leave.
