Fury stared at me as I entered the room, eyes darting between Bucky and me before we sat down. Everyone else surrounded us, quietly rustling through the files, avoiding eye contact with Fury.

"Let's get straight to the point," Fury mumbled, "If you want to figure out what Hydra is working on, we need those samples back. We can't barge in and take them. We need a plan."

It was quiet and then, "Let's steal them back." Sam said, "Ross doesn't play by the rules, and so neither should we."

"So, you want us to rob the Secretary of State?" Tony huffed, "Since when did this become mission impossible?"

I rolled my eyes and leaned up in the chair, "I'm in. Those samples will bring me closer to seeing my child again. I'm ready when you are." I mumbled, grabbing the report files and reading them.

It was Ross's schedule and daily activities. Things he does within a run of the day, so we can see which time would be the perfect time to go in and get the samples. "Honestly," Nat spoke up, "The best time to do this is at night."

"Yeah, but more security." Wanda mumbled, "Plus, they could move them throughout the day." She added.

"Then, we strike when we know the files are there. During the day." Steve sat the papers down on the desk, standing up and walking over to the coffee machine. I reached my hand out of a cup, and he fixed me a cup. I sipped it lightly.

"That gives us limited time to look," Bucky added. He sighed and stretched in the chair. He was tired from the trip. Hell, I was too, but duty calls.

"I vote we go at night," Tony said, "That way we have more time to look. Seems like a smart idea to me."

We all turned back to Fury. He looked at Tony for a moment before nodding, "Two of you will go in. The rest will be on standby in case it goes bad."

We nodded and stood up, going to go get ready. "Y/N, no. You're staying here." I looked at Fury as he walked out of the room. I followed behind him, "What do you mean I'm staying. I have to go."

"You don't have to do anything. You're lucky I'm not locking you up in a cell somewhere." He turned to me with a frown. I didn't back down, "What does that mean?"

"Agent Carter told me back your files and the ones you took. Now, Ross knows about it. Do you know how much damage you've caused?"

I bit my lip and blinked, "I was saving my daughter from this life. I had no choice."

Fury shook his head, "You did. You could have come to us. Fixed the problem before it became one." I chuckled, "It wouldn't have solved anything, Fury. I'm sorry, but my daughter comes first, and if it meant betraying the country to save her, then I'll do it a million times again."

Fury sighed, "I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that, Y/N." He looked out to his plane and back at me. "Your trial is December 24rd. I should let you know that they know everything." I looked down are my hands, but looking back at him, "Will the team be there to watch it?"

"I can see to it that they're not there." He said.

"It's fine. They'll have to find out eventually," I inhaled sharply and looked behind me before looking back at Fury, "So, can I do this mission now?"

He paused, staring at me. He bit the side of his cheek, cause a dent in it. Then, he exhaled and nodded, "Don't make me regret this."
______________

"Who's going in?" I asked placing on my thigh straps and tightening them. Bucky lifted his head, "You and Nat. Me and Clint will be lookout. Steve, Sam, Wanda, and Tony will take out ground agents."
