|Part Two|

It's been a year. A year since Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, and Bucky Barnes broke into my apartment and kidnap me. A whole year since finding out about my past and getting connected with Bucky again. My fight with Hydra still isn't over. It seems like once we get closer to them, they get farther away. I'm trying to wait patiently and play by Ross's rules, but I can't.

On another note, I've seen Carter more often than I've seen her in the last few years. Having her around made me a lot calmer. I wished I could say the same for Bucky. Fury has most of the team on a mission back in Syria. They've been gone for about 6 months with no contact.

To say I'm worried is an understatement.

"Y/N," Tony peeked into the room, "We need food, and you and I are going shopping." I sighed and nodded, standing from my bed. "Why me? Take Bruce or Wanda."

"Bruce is asleep, and Wanda will kill me if I look at her. You're my only option."

I stared at him for a moment. Since when did I become soft? "Sure, let me put on some clothes first."

Tony nodded, closing the door to the lab. I went to the closet, stopping short of a matching set. I'm sure she didn't need it anytime soon, so I put it on and fixed my hair.

I walked out to see Tony checking the table radar

I walked out to see Tony checking the table radar. Five red dots glared back at him, signaling where they were. Yet, none of them moved.

"Anything?" I asked. He shook his head, "They're careful. They always are." He tried to reassure me, but it sounds more like a statement to himself.

Tony and I both testified against this mission. We couldn't put our finger on it but, it felt like a trap, and them not sending updates wasn't preferred.

"Wanda, can you call us if anything happens to their signals?" Wanda nodded and continued to do her mission reports. She only had one thing on her mind: Vision. Tony looked at me and walked towards the garage.

"Hey, Wanda," She looked up at me, eyes completely red. "If you want to take a break from all of this, we can watch your sitcoms when I get back." I offered, Her thin lips curved up into a smile, and for a moment, I could feel her think about something other than Vision. "I would like that. Grab some popcorn?" I nodded and smiled.

Then, I walked out to the garage and over to Tony. He had a smug aroma to him, and I watched as he got into his Audi. I got into the passenger seat, "Please don't kill us." I pleaded as he zipped out of the garage. He smiled my way, "Don't worry. I wouldn't possibly dream about killing myself."
