Y/N Y/L/N is ok with her life. She kills those who deserve it, and she protects those who can't protect themselves. Nothing can beat it.
Yet, when her latest recuse mission lands her on the Avenger's radar, she gets dragge...
Another day another mission. I wish I could sleep in, but Steve banged on my door at 3 a.m, throwing files my way. "Can I at least have breakfast first?" I groaned grabbing my bags and closing my room door. "Bucky cooked for us."
I winced. "I'll rather starve." Steve chuckled. "He's a good guy with good intentions."
"Don't tell me you're starting to like me. I was having fun hating you." I hit his shoulder and walked ahead of him. He stopped and sighed. I turned to him.
"I may have had my doubts about you," He smiled, "But Bucky likes you, and whatever he sees in you, it must be some type of good."
I nodded, "I don't know. Maybe he just wanna see what chocolate taste like." I winked and walked into the kitchen, where he and Sam were talking.
"Morning, ladies." I mumbled, walking to the garage.
"We're waiting on Nat," Sam said, turning around to me. I nodded and decided to look at the file. "What's our cover?"
"We're going to stop a sex traffic deal from being made. The guys and I will relieve some of the agents that went out first. They stepped into what turned into a war zone." Steve explained.
"And you'll go in. Get the hostages to a safe area." Nat mumbled walking around the corner. I nodded, "What will you do?"
"I'm the brains of the operation. I'm here to make sure no one does anything stupid." Nat smiled.

"I'll be with you though. Don't worry."
Steve cleared his throat, "We're leaving." I picked up my back and walked to the garage, throwing my bags in a car. "Y/N and I are taking the Audi." Bucky opened the car door, throwing his bags on my mine. I looked back at Nat, who smiled and winked.
I got in the car. "Do you have a driver's license?" He looked at me and started the car. The door lifted and before it was all the way up, Bucky pulled out and hit the gas pedal. "Nope."
He stopped and waited for the other three. When they reached us, Sam leaned out the car, "The last one to the airport pays for dinner."
I looked at Bucky and shifted the gears. Then, I placed my foot on the gas. Bucky grabbed the wheel and moved my foot. "That's cheating. Don't you care about the rules?"
"Nope." As we sped closer to the airport beside the compound, Sam honked his horn, flying by us. "They're gonna win," I mumbled, focusing on the wheel, debating whether or not I should have driven.
"Then," Bucky turned the car. We were driving in the grass, going full speed. "We'll take a shortcut." Before Sam could pull into the airport, Bucky cut in front of him. He threw on brakes and turned them sideways. Sam honked the horn again and got out of the car. Bucky parked the car and did the same.
"That's cheating. Tony's gonna kill you for messing up the yard!" Sam yelled. I looked at the tire marks we made and laughed. "Thor's done worse," Bucky said. "If anything, I made it look better." I shook my head laughing.
