Chapter 9

Zoe has been with Sebastian for 2 months she has gotten very close to all of his friends and Zoe and Sebastian's relationship has gotten stronger, Sebastian and Zoe went to set like any other week day, Zoe was drawing in her notebook and Sebastian was filming, when 3 police officers came in,
"Zoe Watts we need you to come with us" one of the officers said
"Cut!" Joe said, "Seb do you know what they want?" He asked
"No" Sebastian said, Sebastian walked over to Zoe and picked her up and walked over to the officers, "can I help you?"
"Yes we need you to give us Zoe" Zoe buried her head in the crook of Sebastian's neck and started shaking, Sebastian started rubbing Zoe's back and rocking back and forth,
"I'm sorry but if you need something from her I can bring her down to the station when I'm done work"
"No we need to take her"
"Please, I don't want to go" Zoe said
"No one is taking Zoe without an explanation" Sebastian said, the officer sighed
"You adopted her 2 months ago, correct?"
"Ya that's right"
"Well because the first 3 months aren't up yet her birth family still has time to claim her" Sebastian's friends started walking closer to them,
"But isn't that some part of foster care not adoption, I adopted her and I thought the 3 months were just until she legally has my last name"
"It is different for kids under the age of 10, so please hand her over" one of the officers reached out to grab Zoe,
"No! I don't want to go, I want to stay with my dad"
"Sorry sweetie but Sebastian is not your dad"
"He is! You can't convince me otherwise"
"We are not here to convince you, we are here to bring you to your family"
"We are her family" Scarlet said speaking for the first time,
"Not legally"
"Shouldn't it be Zoe's choice" Tom (Holland) asked
"It would be if she was over the age of 10 but seeing as she is still 9 it is not"
"Can't we like to go to court or something?" Sebastian asked,
"Yes, but right now we need to take Zoe to her family" Sebastian sighed and put Zoe down on the floor, Sebastian looked Zoe in the eyes as his filled with tears,
"Look at me," Sebastian said "I am going to do everything in my power to get you back home with me, but please go with the nice officers"
"No I want to stay with you, I don't even want to see my so called family"
"It's not going to be for long, you will be safe maybe even happy, so please for me go with them"
"You're sending me away?" Zoe asked heart broken
"I don't want to, and don't think of it like that, think of it as I'm sending you on a little vacation"
"So you are sending me away" Sebastian looked down at the floor and back up at Zoe,
"Sweetie,"
"No don't call me that" Zoe interrupted,
"Zoe don't talk to your father like that" Chris (Hemsowrth) said,
"If he's sending me away, is he really my dad?" A tear fell down Sebastian's cheek and one also fell down Zoe's,
"Come on Zoe, your family is waiting"
"It's not to late, I can stay with you, I'm happy with you" Zoe pleaded to Sebastian, Sebastian shook his head,
"I'm sorry Honey" one of the officers came up and grabbed Zoe's arm and started pulling her out of the set,
"No! Please Seb! Don't let them take me!"
"I'm going to try and get you back, just please trust me"
"If I go out this door with someone who is not you, to go somewhere that is not our home, I don't know who I will trust again" Sebastian stayed there and watched as the officer brought Zoe out the door and put her in the back seat of one of the cop cars, Sebastian stood up, whipped his tears and turned around to everyone,
"Are you alright?" Elizabeth asked
"Ya, I'm fine" Sebastian replied,
"We understand if your not, your daughter just got taken away from you and you don't know if you'll ever see her again" Robert said,
"Look let's just finish filming, this is my problem and I am going to find a way to bring her back, to us all of us, because even if you don't feel like it I know she thinks of you all as her family" Everyone smiled and looked at Sebastian,
"We love her almost as much as you do, so we are going to help you get her back" Chris (Evans) said,
"Are you guys sure? I don't want to pull you all into this if you really don't want to do this"
"She is just as much family to you as she is to us, were sure" Mark said, Sebastian smiled and turned to the door looking at the spot the cop car was, he turned back to his friends and said
"Well how are we going to get her back?"
