Aera's POV
"Sorry babe got caught up in a group project. I don't think I can come today." Jake said out as I angrily frowned. "Jakeeee pleaseee skip just one day??!" I whined from the call hoping the guy would agree but he just sighed. "I'm really sorry. Next week promise." He said out as I internally glared at him. Without saying a bye, I cut the call slamming my phone on the table as Niki trembled seeing me so furious. I looked at my side chair seeing the facial products I had bought today for both me and Jake to try. But the guy just ditched it. Gosh if only Sunoo wasn't miles away, these products wouldn't go to waste.
"He can't?" Niki said out as I nodded resting my head on the table as the other guy drank his coffee while studying. "What's wrong Aera?" Jungwon said out as I sat up straight looking at him. "You know what's wrong." I glared at him but he just shook his head. "Not this. What's wrong overall?" He asked. Gosh this guy could see right through me. I was silent for a while as he took off his thick glasses and looked at me. Sighing I pouted looking at Niki and Jungwon who were ready to listen to me. "Sunghoon came back." I said as Niki involuntarily choked on his bubble tea.
"When?" He asked as I bit my lips. "2 weeks ago." Jungwon sighed standing up. "And you're telling it now. Wow I feel so useless." He complained dramatically grabbing his bag with the intention of leaving as I grabbed his hand and made him sit down. "Geez fine I'll tell everything."

"Wow that's-" Niki said, "messed up." As Jungwon continued his sentence. I sighed nodding as I got a text from someone.
Free?
It was from Sunghoon. The guy had two free coupons for ice cream and I couldn't deny so I agreed and soon left the place to get some fresh ice creams.
Sunghoon's POV
"Here you go." I gave Aera her cone as the girl happily took it slightly shivering in the cold. "Gosh you should have worn more layers." I complained as the girl shook it off. She was still the same. Careless about herself. We walked down the cold street in the middle of winter as fog formed everytime we breathed out. "Ahh the Christmas vibes. I love it." Aera said out having her ice cream as I nodded. Christmas was in two weeks but the city was already starting to light up.
Aera's POV
We were just quietly walking while having our ice creams when I felt something fall on my head. Looking up I saw the millions of snow flakes slowly falling as it covered the city's appearance. "Hoon it's snowinggg!" I excitedly said as the guy smiled seeing it too. I ran around the snowy streets almost slipping every now and then. "Catch me!" I said out running away from Sunghoon but before he could even run towards me, I slipped and fell down. "Owhh ahh my ice cream." I pouted seeing the cone had fallen over on the street too. Looking at it, I looked at Sunghoon who was just smiling trying to hold his laugh in.
