THEIR STORY STARTED by Scott losing his asthma pump and finding a dead body. Theirs started when Stefan came to Mystic Falls, unwittingly bring Damon with him.
My Story truly started when I was born. I was born with magic although I came from two humans. Me and my twin sister, Elena, were doppelgängers of the first immortal, Amara, whom became the anchor to the Other Side when she was involved in an affair.
All of the stories were never supposed to entwine until I was 17. Isobel and John gave us up, Miranda and Grayson gave me up, and I landed right with my real parents. Chris and Victoria Argent. The only parents I actually acknowledge. I have two sisters and two adopted kids. Allison, Elena, Isaac, and Eden. The people I sacrificed for.
My name is Elizabeth Gilbert and this is my story. Sorry, it was my story.

"HERE LIES THE body of Elizabeth Gilbert. A mother, A sister, A friend." said no one.
No funeral. No grave. Just wallowing and depression. There was no body. Her body had disappeared. Calls had to start to be made. One by one, each was broken.
Prue sat in the corner, steady tears cascading down her face, looking out the attic window.
"Piper, please stop." Paige spoke through her sobs.
"In this night, and in this hour, I call upon the ancient power." Piper Halliwell chanted, tears streaming. "From realms beyond where spirits tread, Come to me, by words I've said.."
Silence. Nothing.
"She can't be gone." Phoebe sniffled.

ELENA GASPED AWAKE, her eyes frantically searching for someone familiar. Everything was so bright and louder. She swore she could hear a pen drop two miles away.
"She's awake!" Caroline called out as she rushed to Elena's side. Elena scrunched her face up at her loudness and mascara-stained face.
"I'm not dead. Why are you crying?" Elena groaned.
"We thought you were. I couldn't handle another loss tonight." Caroline sniffled, getting on her knees and crouching over her.
"Another loss? What's going on?" Suddenly the deepest pang of hunger hit her, it felt bottomless. "I'm so hungry." Elena groaned.
