SOMEWHERE IN MYSTIC FALLS
BONNIE BENNETT WASTED no time getting down to business. She stopped her tears and bolted straight to her grimoire.
"Bonnie, slow down!" Caroline used her vampire speed to zoom beside Bonnie.
"I can't. I won't." Bonnie flipped the pages.
"I really don't understand what you just said. There were tears and words but I didn't quite hear you clearly." Caroline said, her finger circling her ears.
"My Grams came to me and told me Eliza is alive. Alive, Alive, Alive. Do you hear me now?!" Bonnie snapped.
Caroline took a moment to register. "Stop it." Bonnie ignored her.
"Stop! Bonnie. We need to call everyone. If Eliza is alive, this could be the key to getting Elena and Jeremy back. And Jenna would come home." Caroline picked up the grimoire, trying to remain the rational one between the two. She was struggling. She wanted to cry, breakdown and grieve and all of that all at once.
To be truthful, nobody really let themselves mourn Eliza because it was too much. Caroline took a deep breath before pulling out her phone.
Bonnie realized she needed to take a deep breath as well. She sat down and her head fell into her hands, quiet sobs escaping her. This was all way too much. Part of her was crying from relief, and the other half from fear. If Eliza was alive, where was she?!
Caroline gave her a few to collect herself. She couldn't only imagine what Bonnie was feeling, the entire time she blamed herself for Eliza's death. "Bonnie..?"
She took another deep breath before making eye contact with Caroline. "We're have to find her." She said it almost as if she were pleading.
Caroline nodded hastily, pulling out her phone and starting to type.
