CHAPTER 24

*Margot POV*

Its been two days since that chaos happened and I'm still worry if Saint is alright. Mason also left that night because of family obligations and he said he will be back after week, i don't know if i can wait that long but its been two days already.

Hindi ako lumalabas ng kwarto nitong mga nakaraang dalawang araw hindi dahil pinagbawalan ako ni Mason.

Natatakot kasi ako na baka makasalubong ko si Saint, hindi pa naman ako handa kung anong sasabihin ko sa kanya.

I glanced at door when someone's knocked outside, i glimpsed at my watch and it's dinner na pala.

Their maid brought the meal here time to time kaya okay lang talaga na hindi ako lumabas ng kwarto. I went to the door and i opened it.

"H-hi!" Saint greeted and my heart stopped for a split of seconds.

"I'm s-sorry but i asked the maid if can bring your meal tonight!" I nodded, what can i do? He's already here.

"Come in!" I opened the door wide, tinulak niya naman yung cart na may pagkain.

"Margot, c-can i stay here a little longer?" He stuttured, he looks nervous. I licked my teeth upside, i want him to stay but i don't how to say. "Okay lang naman kung ayaw mo!"

"No- okay lang!" I replied immediately and it made him smiled.

"Thank you, kumain ka muna...!" I nodded, he pushes the cart to me so i took it to him.

Kinuha ko yung pagkain sa cart at umupo sa kama. Saint then sat on the couch, okay lang naman saakin kumain sa kama kasi sanay naman ako pero nakakahiya pala pag may tumitingin sayo, especially when it's Saint.

"Margot, can you eat there comfortable?" He asked while his elbow leaning on his knees.

I smiled to him, what really makes me uncomfortable is yung nakatingin siya saakin.

"Y-yeah!" I stuttured while twitching my body to find comfort position.

"Kumain kana don't mind me!" He said politely.

"Yeah, thank you!" I nodded and i start eating.

I glimpsed at him and he's staring at me kaya ngumiti ako. He look fine i shouldn't worry too much about what happened to him with Mason. Also there's no bruises anywhere on his face.

"I heard you went on a vacation with Mason?" I almost drop the spoon because of suprised, saan niya naman nalaman?

"Yeah- it's just a two days vacation!" I shaked my head, if only he knows it's a quite messy two days. "Where did you heard that?" I asked.

"The owner of the villa where you stay is also my friends, sinabi niya saakin na pumunta raw si Mason kasama ka!" I nodded, i thought Mason told him even though i knew it was impossible.

"Oh... btw when we went outside there to had a dinner and we met someone, her name Malika. You know her?" I caught him smiling, so is there really something between of them?

"Malika... yeah, i know her so what did she say about me?"

"Nothing in particular but she said she misses you!" His brows furrowed and he pout, i wonder what his relationship with her.
