The old man just ignore her childish tantrums and just focus on his masters words, and that made Kim Li even more annoyed.
Until Red elbowed her signaling her to stop making that annoyed face "please mind your manners" he whispered
"The old man should also mind his manners. Like ! he just pointed his sword at me aiming for the kill! And here I thought that you guys wanted peace between both kingdoms. hmft "- Kim Li as she is feeling annoyed and kept glaring at the old man with much resentment for no apparent reason.
"Okay, that's enough now, before this matter escalated. " the Lord got both their attention, as Kim Li calmed down and realized that she's being childish
"now old friend would you please do the necessary procedure to know the truth." He asked , hoping to know the truth about his daughter.,
"Yes master," he saluted to his master and pull out a transparent glass vile.
"Here, fill this with your blood brat" he stated as he pushed the vile on Kim Li a little roughly, that made the empress annoyed
"Watch it old man, and my blood will cost you a high price.. and I swear to heaven and hell that it's on your pay check."- Kim Li
"Just get over it brat."-Lam
And without any further ado, she cut her wrist by the dagger Red gave, and was annoyed during the said process . Since the old man kept hurrying her to finish it up so he can do his work.
While the rest of the people inside the room just watched the two argue as if their all witnessing a live cat and mouse fight through verbal means.,
"Grandpa do you think that she can go toe to toe with master Lam in a duel?"-Red
"I'm also curious.. but right now both of them can learn from each other if they ever cross blades" the lord said as he turn his back at the two bickering and ordered everyone to get back on their work.
While Red stayed behind as his charge is still arguing with his master.
"What are you still standing there Red. My business is finished here, I can't stand being in the same room with this old man."-Kim Li as she drag Red out of the room
While the old man looked at the retreating form of the kids , while unknowingly having a smile on his face.
After he snapped out of it. he started working of what his master ordered.
The lass do look awfully similar to their late princess.
The little lass personality is also the same, I have no doubt that this girl is our princess daughter.. though this lass is more troublesome and annoying than masters daughter.
After a couple of of hours... He laughed as the blood sample of the empress matched with the master..,
He stretched out his numb limbs..

He picked up the sample and wrote down his conclusions. And gathered his report to his master.
His mood escalated as he remembered that the empress would stay a little bit longer as she is his masters granddaughter.

Meanwhile with in the camp, the Marquis was sent back to the camp by the order of Jun Meng to assist the emperor and empress back., as piles and piles of paperwork is already burying him alive.,

And upon arriving at the camp the General was gravely surprised to see how things are going and was pretty much pissed off to hear the news that his daughter is missing for a couple of days with out the troops noticing.
