Natalie gets a big break and becomes the lead guitarist for a well known artist. Tours and music is her life. Dating life? Semi non existent. Until one tour.. one concert.. which changes her whole life, once again.
I woke up to a ping, my phone buzzing. I reach over to grab it and I see a text from Nat.
Rockstar 🎸: Happy anniversary baby. I hope you like it. I advise you to listen to it before I drop it later tonight. Not that you'll understand much of it because it's in Spanish but I've taught you enough so you can understand a bit of it, anyway it's for you.

I rub the sleep in my eyes as I connect my phone to my speaker and press play. The sound of the guitar filling the room. Another ping and I grab my phone.
Rockstar 🎸: I just sent you the English translation. Okay. I love you. Oh and be happy I didn't send this to Tobin first. Okay love you.
I smile in pure awe as I listen to the lyrics but also look at the translation of the lyrics she sent me. Occasionally knowing a couple of words.
I walks down to the kitchen, the house filled with music. More specifically a guitar and the beautiful voice of my girlfriend. I grab a cup of coffee and I hear a knock on my door.
I walk over and open the door.
"Ms. Morgan?"
"That would be me, yes." I say.
"These flowers are for you." The man says and I smile.
"Thank you."
"It's no problem have a good day."
I smell the bouquet of flowers as I walk to the kitchen and set them on the counter.
Me: I loved it. I absolutely loved it. Happy one year babe. I love you.
"Here's to hopefully forever." I say to myself as I press send.

"Is this. IS THIS FOR YOU?" Tobin shouts as she lifts up her phone to the computer camera.
"You look like you're about to lose it Tobs." I say with a laugh.
Tobin with wide eyes, her hair in a bun, glasses on as she shows me her phone.
"I mean take it as you will." I say with a shrug.
I go back to my phone as I look at Nat's post about the song. Meanwhile Tobin is losing her mind.
"I'm her number one fan it's so rude of her to not tell me." Tobin says and I laugh.
