Natalie's POV

"Welcome everyone, thank you for joining Alex and I for this dinner." I say with a smile.

"Woo!" Tobin shouts and I laugh.

"We gathered the closest people to us tonight to be here with us as the wedding is only one week away. We're glad that you all were able to come and enjoy beautiful Acapulco as you stay here." I say.

"Thank you to each one of you for being able to take the time and celebrate with us." Alex says and I nod.

"Now please enjoy your food and enjoy the rest of the dinner."

I sit down as they bring out the food. Grabbing onto Alex's hand.

"How's your arm?" Jason asks.

"Better I guess." I say. "It's fine. My thigh doesn't hurt anymore but it's still a little sensitive."

"I did always tell you to never trust cops, that's why I became a firefighter."

I feel Alex's hand rest on top of my thigh as she squeezes my thigh softly to comfort me.

"I know, I know. Firefighters are better than cops, I know." I say.

"You okay?" Taylor whispers and I nod.

We begin eating, everyone gathered around. The music, the food, it's wonderful. After finishing eating I got up and greeted our guests.

"Natalia."

"Salma!"

"Mija you know I love some nice delicious food, how'd you know I could go for some nice pozole."

"Lucky guess." I say as I go to give her a hug. "I'm happy you could make it."

"Wouldn't miss it mija. Now where's that so called father of yours, I heard he's here." Salma says and I laugh.

"Woah Salma, calma calma please." I say as I motion my hands for her to calm down.

"I'll go over there right now and give him a piece of what I call responsibility." Salma says and I laugh again.

"Who knew Salma Hayek would be so violent." I say sarcastically.

"I like to think I'm the perfect amount of violent." Salma says and I raise an eyebrow. "I'm kidding."

"Have I told you that I love that you're here." I say as I give her another hug.

"You're so sweet." Salma says as she pats my back.

"Nat!" Someone shouts. I scan around the room to see who called me.

"Go." Salma says with a smile.

"Enjoy the food and the alcohol if you know what I mean." I say wiggling my eyebrows and laugh.

I walk over to who was shouting my name.

"Hey babes?"

"What's up?" I ask as I put my arm on her shoulder.

"Who's that?" Lizzie asks as she points over to where Alex is with her teammates.

"Which one?"

"Long dress."

"Well that would be Alex's maid of honor." I say nodding my head. "Yeah that's her."

"I meant her name." Lizzie says flicking my ear.

"Ow. Oh that's Christen." I say as I rub my ear.

"Hmm." Lizzie looks over towards the girls and I chuckle.

"Why?"

"No reason." Lizzie says.

"She's single." I say as I nudge her.

"I didn't ask?"

"Oh please you didn't have to." I say as I grab her hand. "Come on let's go and introduce yourself."

"Natalie no." Lizzie says as she tugs her hand back.

We walk over, let me rephrase that. I walked over as I pulled Lizzie with me. I dragged her with me.

"Hi baby." I mumble against her forehead. "Sydney. Ali, Christen. How are you guys doing? Everything okay?"

"We're doing great thank you." Ali says and I nod my head.

"Oh gosh so rude of my lovely friend here. It's so rude for the maid of honor and best woman to not be introduced to one another and you know just bond."

Lizzie pinches my arm and my eyes widen as I try not to scream.

"This is my best friend and best woman." I say motioning to Lizzie.

"I'm Lizbeth, no. Sorry. I'm Elizabeth Olsen. Sorry, I get so nervous sometimes." Lizzie says as she laughs nervously, playing with her hands, which quickly becomes playing with my shirt.

"That's okay, I get nervous too. I'm Christian. No wait I'm Christina. I mean Christen, I'm Christen Press." Christen says who also laughs nervously as they shake hands.

"Well lovely to meet you Christen."

"Lovely to meet you Elizabeth, you look beautiful."

I look at Alex as I smirk, moving my hand behind my back as she high fives me.

"Thank you. You look beautiful as well."

"Best friend! What up." Tobin says as she hugs me.

"Hi Tobin."

"Dude you have cool friends." Tobin says.

"Who'd you see?"

"I just had a conversation with Julia Michaels. Dude that's insane." Tobin says and I chuckle.

"Wait until the wedding and see who else is there." I say patting her shoulder.

"I thought this wedding was going to be small?" Tobin asks.

"No more than 200 people." Alex says and I nod my head.

"I have to go make the announcement, I'll be back." I whisper to Alex, kissing her cheek as I walk over to grab the microphone.

"Before I forget, Alex and I hope you'll be joining us for Christmas dinner as well. We're happy to be sharing these moments with our loved ones." I announce. "Thank you."

"Hey bub." Taylor whispers.

"What's up?"

"I have to go finish something for the wedding. I'll be back okay?"

"Yeah, okay. Be careful."

"I will. Okay love you."

"Love you too Tay." I say.

"We're good." Alex says with a grin.

"I was almost killed baby, Lizzie was pinching me."

"Okay but now they'll bond."

"I think they'll be great friends." I say with a grin.

"Let's sneak behind the building." Alex whispers making my eyes widen. "Have a little fun."

"Don't start something you can't finish baby. Plus really now?" I groan. "I want to but like NOW?"

"Why not? Have a little fun."

"You're something else Alexandra Patricia Morgan." I say with a chuckle.

"You're adorable." Alex says as she squished my cheeks. "So cute."

"I love you." I muffle out.

"I love you too." Alex says as she lets go of my cheeks.
