Sada
July 9th, 2020Finally! We're getting some time do stuff besides lounge around in a hotel room or do soundcheck or a show or a photo shoot or an interview. I love watching my baby work her magic but I sure as hell am getting tired of listening to Ocean Eyes and crying.
Bunny has a minor attitude but I am living in my glory watching this horse race. Normally Billie would be extremely excited at the view of horses but she'd been very standoffish since her show last night. I had attempted to ask her as well as everyone else but she'd just brushed us off. I decided to just rule it as her being tired or something.
"Oh my gosh! That one is going so fast!" I point to it and tap Billie's shoulder. "Bunny look at that one!" I shout.
"I see it baby." She brushes off, keeping her eyes glued to her phone.
I lean closer to her and lay my head on her shoulder. "You're not being any fun today Billie, what's wrong?"
"Just want to be alone." She huffs as do I. I stay with her for a few more seconds before deciding not to push her any longer. I make my way over to the railing with Camille and Claudia.
"Is she alright?" Asks Camille and I shrug, slightly irritated with her moodiness.
"She's being moody right now."
"Should I try talking to her?" She asks and I glance at noticing her look of concern then back at the horses. I shrug and decide to let her take a swing at it.
"Sure, beware though she can be a bitch at times." I warn her and Claudia mumbles an "mhm" beside me.
"She's nothing I can't handle." She says with confidence in her voice and I shrug knowing she's not going to get through to her. I turn watching her talk with Billie, she had a smile on her face but Billie's frown hadn't budged a bit. I chuckle to myself and turn back getting excited at the sight of horse I'd claimed getting up to second place.
"You better go Bucky! I know that's right!" I shout in excitement making an older woman turn to me with a smile. "Logh doh madam," She gives me a thumbs up at my butchered apology. A phrase I had to use quite a lot here in Ireland.
Billie's label added on two more shows here surprisingly so we had a lot more time to enjoy what Ireland has to offer. Which meant I had a lot more time to apologize to people in Irish. A few times I'd gotten confused and apologized in French. Billie laughed every time. Rude ass.
Today we'd had breakfast somewhere then came straight to the horse racing. After this I believe we're going to a boring ass museum. Much to Billie's demise but I'm just grateful that we're not in the hotel. Billie has been working my nerves all day and I'm close to putting her ass in check. She doesn't think I notice her snide comments towards Camille but I do. I don't understand her problem with the girl?
"Sada, you ready to go?" Claudia asks and taps my shoulder. I turn to her seeing everyone else looking at me expectantly.
"Oh yeah, sorry I zoned out." Finneas slings his long arm over my shoulder and pulls me along.
"What's wrong?" He asks in concern as everyone else walks ahead the three of us.
"Has Billie been acting weird to y'all? Like ever since Camille came she's been being weird." I express looking down at my feet.
"Hmm," Finneas hums in thought.
"Weird how?" Claudia asks.
"For one shes been standoffish and very rude to like everyone. The last few days she's just been odd and it's annoying."
