"Congratulations Claudia and Finneas!" We all cheer and clink our champagne glasses. The couple share a small kiss as we cheer at the celebration of their engagement.
Everyone had just finished their speeches which had Claudia in tears. She was also in tears when they revealed their bridal party. I of course am one of her bridesmaids along with Tina who Claudia had gotten very close with over the last two years. I guess children and play dates help you find good friends.
The cutest part of this whole party was Finneas asking Billie to be his best woman. Billie couldn't say no to her brother despite the fact that she'd be standing next to like 3 men.
On the other hand, Claudia looks absolutely beautiful in her dark red gown and slicked back ponytail. It makes me wonder how she'll look for her wedding day. Now that I'm a bridesmaid, I'll get to help out with the wedding dress and her look. I think that's what me and Tina is most excited for along with her two friends.
I'm not sure when the wedding is planned for but knowing celebrities it'll be happening in six months. They have money to speed up this whole process up. When Billie and I get married it won't be for a year or two after the engagement.
"Bug, come dance with me." I hear in my ear making me snap out of my thoughts. I sip from my glass then set it down to take Billie's hand in mine. We make it to the middle of the dance floor beside the other couples. She puts her hand on my wait and interlocks our other hands. I put my hand on my waist as well and follow her steps. "You look beautiful tonight bug."
"You too bunny." I push a stray piece of hair out of her eyes and admire her beautiful face that was framed perfect with her vintage updo. Her bangs just reach her eyelashes and the longer pieces that hung randomly were curled. "I love how we both wore updos."
I pinned my locs up into a ballerina bun and stuck some jewels on the visible parts of my hair. It worked well for the night but it's making my scalp pulsate. I can manage the rest of the night but as soon as I get in the car I'm taking it down. Right along with these thing heels Drea forced me to wear.
I hadn't had any shoes to go with my dress so Drea brought me a pair Billie wouldn't wear with her dress. I can see why she wouldn't want to wear them, they're absolutely killing my feet! If I stand for another song I just might collapse.
Billie on the other hand looks stunning in her dress. The moment I saw her, I nearly lost my footing and not from these killer heels.

The dress compliment her body in the best way and her legs look buttery smooth. I don't think I'll ever get over seeing her in a dress. Each time it's a new feeling deep in my stomach.
"Great minds think alike." She giggles and looks at my hair then back at my eyes. "Are you having fun?"
"Yeah, minus the heels." I groan, we both look down at my feet that were silently screaming in the stilettos. I will admit that my legs look delectable in these paired with my red dress.
