"When we get out of here," Taehyun said, watching Beomgyu pout when he stared at the wasted pizza after throwing it up. "When we... go back to Seoul and this is all over, where do you want to go?"

Beomgyu looked at him with the pout still on his face. "Pizza..." Taehyun shook his head. "No more pizza?"

"No more pizza." Beomgyu looked angry, about to protest when there was a knock at the door. Taehyun went to answer it, quickly shutting it behind him when he saw that it was Seonghwa. "Where did you come from?"

"I got on another plane. They know where you went," Seonghwa said and Taehyun's eyes widened. "They're mad because you ran. I recommend just keeping a couple wolves with you guys to mask the scent and run. They'll be here by tomorrow night."

Taehyun thought for a moment and looked out at the rain, shaking his head. "He said he's okay with going-"

"No, Taehyun. I didn't want you to get in trouble with them, so I told you to bring Beomgyu there, and I lied to you. Yes, they changed the rules, but they are so much worse now. And now I care about Beomgyu. So I'm telling you to go."

*A few hours later*

Saying horrible things to Soobin was okay considering he had forgiven Beomgyu immediately when he figured out why it happened in the first place.

But saying them to his sister for a similar reason was just horrible.

"You're leaving me here with strangers?" She asked as Beomgyu packed up his things.

"I have to go. It's important. And Kai and Yeonjun aren't strangers. We lived with Yeonjun for two months, and him and Kai have some weird relationship going on."

"I just... don't like you leaving. Where did you say you were going?"

"Far away," he said, hurriedly walking back and forth to grab all his things. "You need to stay here so you're safe."

"Tell me what's going on." He rolled his eyes and she sighed. "I have a right to know some things."

"If you come with us, you might die. And if you know any more than you do now, you will die. And that's all you need to know. Ignorance is bliss, Ari. I know that from experience."

"Stop putting me in the shadows!" She nearly screamed and he looked at her with wide eyes. "You're going through something that's hurting you. It's hurting the fuck out of you, and you dragged me into it, but you won't even tell me what it is?! That's bullshit Beomgyu!"

He stepped back a little bit and looked down. Ari had never raised her voice at him. When he yelled at her or got into fights when he was a kid, she never yelled at him. She always said his anger came from their parents dying, and she always let his actions slide because of it.

He wasn't necessarily a bad kid though. It was just those few times where he acted out. Even now, he was a kind person who didn't get into trouble.

So what the fuck did he do to make Ari actually yell at him?

"Beomgyu, we have to go," Taehyun entered the motel room, his silver hair and leather jacket drenched from packing things into the rental car outside. He noticed the tension in the room and winced when Ari was glaring at him. "Beomgyu."

"Coming," he whispered, not looking at his sister as he carried his things out to the car. "I hurt her feelings."

"Yeah but you saved her life," Taehyun said as they got into the car.

"And I'm also confusing it." He shook his head, holding onto the door handle when Taehyun zoomed out of the parking lot. "She yelled at me."

"So? You yell at me and I don't get upset."

"This is different. She never yells at me. I must've really ticked her off."

"Well yeah, I would be pretty pissed off too if my sibling just abandoned me in a foreign country where I barely speak the language."

Oh my God.

Beomgyu's eyes widened.

"Don't worry. Yeonjun's there. He speaks better English than me." Beomgyu nodded, feeling a little better, until there was a noise from the backseat and he jumped, turning around to look. "Don't worry. It's just Soobin."

Beomgyu reached out, smiling softly when he felt fluffy fur under his fingers. "Hey Soobin," he said, giggling when the wolf headbutted his hand.

"Where do you wanna go?" Taehyun asked.

Beomgyu looked forward, back at the dark, storming, scary world. He was scared, just like Taehyun. He was scared of the world, the Advictoriam, the consequences, and the future.

But with a responsible, strong vampire sitting next to him, and an alpha werewolf in the backseat, he felt okay. Like he was going to be safe.

"Anywhere," Beomgyu smiled, looking at Taehyun and grabbing his hand. "Anywhere Soobin?" The wolf huffed in agreement and Taehyun chuckled a little bit before nodding.

"Alright. We'll go anywhere."
