Divided: Chapter 8- Sinners Shakedown
April 2015

After the fortnight of training and with Sir Pentious's support it was time for the rumble of the Sinners Shakedown. Eager and bursting with excitement Monty was all pumped for this match. As eager as he was, Pen did think it was a little arrogant and naive of Monty to think he was unstoppable, however, Pen did not say anything.

Driving there in Monty's tiny red Fiat 500 it was...cramped to say the least with the two snake demons. Sir Pentious was in his usual pinstripe suit and top hat which was very animated with worry on Penny's lap, unlike Pentious.

Upon arrival, the two snakes got out of the car to find this large warehouse building. It had spotlights shining in the sky, large yellow banners donning the Shakedown poster with Voxco's logo. The building itself was concrete with bright blue steel pillars and a tin roof.
Not as extravagant as the Pentagram Arena but it was to help rookie or starter up fighters make a name for themselves.
Monty however although he had the title he needed the money desperately.

If all goes well who knows who could see him fight!

"You've got to take chances and just go for it! Opportunities or anything that comes your way, you've just got to take them to better yourself, especially in Hell."
The advice Monty gave Penny months ago rang in his thoughts. It was then Monty felt the gentle touch of Penny's hand on his arm.

"You alright Montgomery? It is a spectacle for such a small event." Pentious looked in awe at this event.
"Wait until you see the Pentagram Arena tournaments, Penny! It's so much bigger and it's broadcasted all over. As you know it's how you came down to get your training." He rubbed Pentious's arm affectionately feeling the tone muscles of the Victorian. Not as bulky as Monty himself but Pen was not as scrawny or fragile. There could be a chance with Monty's signature move and fist combos Penny could knock out an opponent or thug if cornered.

"Oh stop it you! Remember win or lose tonight I'll be so proud of you. You will be my champion no matter what the outcome." Penny caressed his boyfriend's cheek in the parking lot and kissed his other cheek.
"My Champion?" Monty blushed, " I like that nickname and thank you, Penny." He nuzzled his boyfriend's hand kissing his palm. "That means so much to me to have you support me."

"You will do great things Montgomery and we'll do them together! I'll cheer you on no matter what." Penny hugs Monty, rubbing his back. The Python was wearing a dark navy hoodie as he didn't dare show his Pentagram Arena colours.
"Come on, let's get inside and set up."
"Wait!" Penny stopped and gave Monty a very deep kiss then pulled away. "For good luck, my champion."
Blinking and trying not to be aroused, Monty pressed his lips together, sighing, "Jaysus, Penny don't be turning me on before the Shakedown. It's bad enough we've been...holding off for the last 2 weeks."

Monty was following some advice his coach used about no sex before a match as it would've exhausted him more and not keep focus.
"We'll regardless of winning or losing tonight depending on your injuries I'll fuck your Irish brain senseless Monty Python." Penny winks as he takes the gym bag out of the car and takes Monty's hand to the warehouse.

As they neared Monty let go of Penny's hand to get his fighter sticker number and sign in. Once he was done he gave Penny a yellow wristband ticket for the ringside seats. "See you on the other side Penny." He held Penny's hand as he slithered away letting it slip away.
Pentious whispered to himself, "Please be careful. Come back to me..." he went to the stands and showed the giant hellhound bouncer his admission ticket. The hound grunted and let Pentious through the red roped area. He managed to find a seat next to the ring and sat on a foldout chair. Imps, Hellhounds and Hell citizens were flocking in and the ring was in the centre of the warehouse with overhanging screens for the cheap seats.
