Unexpected

Chapter 12

I decided to splash some water into Maya's face. She laughed then did the same. We played around for a few mintutes then I finally gave in.

Before I could turn off the water she kissed me with her sweet tender lips even though it was bruised it felt good.

I always wanted to kiss someone in the rain I didn't imagine it being in my shower, but hey I'll take what life gives me.

I put my hands around her neck and rubbed my fingers through her wet hair. It felt like we were back in the ocean with the rain pouring on us again.

It was yet another magical moment I shared with her, but she quickly pulled away

"I'm so sorry"

then she turned around quickly facing the wall.

I turned her back towards me so that we could be face to face

"Don't be sorry"

I kissed her forehead then interlocked my fingers with hers.

"I like you okay I really, really like you Maya, but I have a boyfriend and I don't know.."

She interrupted me

"No I understand you're not ready its okay. Like I said before I'll wait for you"

I gently kissed her lips then turned off the water. I got out of the shower and handed her a towel.

I wrapped mine around me and walked out I closed the door behind me.

When I walked into my room Peyton was asleep on my bed I covered her with a blanket.

I put my pajamas on and combed out my wet hair. I checked my phone and saw that I got a text, it was from my mom I opened it:

"Hey sweetie your dad surprised me with plane tickets to Vegas after breakfast. Our flight leaves tonight so we'll be gone for a week. Your dad left his credit card on his nightstand in our room. If you have any emergancies just call. We love you"

I sighed and closed the text I layed the phone back on the dresser and continued doing my hair.

At least we had the house to ourselves I thought and I had money I couldn't really be upset.

I guess I would just let Peyton and Maya sleep in my room while I slept in my parents bedroom.

I heard the bathroom door open I turned around and saw Maya standing there in her towel. I laughed

"Do you want some clothes?"

"I prefer to sleep naked"

"Mhm.. Cool I'm sure Peyton won't mind"

I tried my best not to laugh again.

"Wait, what?"

"I'm sleeping in my parents room and you can stay in here with Peyton"

"No I'd rather sleep with you Eva"

"Okay but your going to put on some clothes first"

I opended my dresser and threw her a t-shirt and some boy shorts

"Fine"

she sighed then slipped on the shirt and shorts I gave her. They fit her perfectly but before my mind went into sexual mode I turned around.

I grabbed her hand and led her into my parents room. They had a king size bed so it was big enough to fit about 6 people. Maya asked

"Do you have a side of the bed?"

"I usually sleep on the right side and you?

"I usually sleep on that side also"

I just smirked

I pulled the covers back and layed down in bed she got in and layed next to me.

I pulled her closer to my body and held her in my arms with her head on my chest.

"Everything will workout okay daredevil"

"Okay"

I pulled the covers over the both of us and closed my eyes.
