Y'all with the updates or they too much? 🥲
____Janet nodded and grabbed it
"I'm gonna be a god mommy!" Monica clapped and laughed but Janet wasn't laughing. Her heart was racing at the thought of her having another child. Monica quickly dialed down to attend to her friend.
"Aw J, it's okay. I'll help you take care of her..or him. And I'm sure Lesane is too." She stood up and rubbed Janet's back.
"And I believe you can do it. You raised Aliegha."
"Barely." Janet spoke, "Well when you did, you did a great job. Yes or no?" Monica asked. Janet didn't wanna answer because she didn't even know herself. Aliegha was going through so much and she didn't even hit the tender age of 2 yet.
"What I'm trying to say is: you are gonna be a great mother because I watched you raise another you and you're a handful in it's own. Lesane is gonna be so happy girl, I know he is." Monica tried so hard to give her encouraging words but they weren't hitting Janet's spots right. She wasn't even saying anything, just staring at the test.
"And you better not kill it or I'm killing you."
"Kill what?" Aliegha popped up making them both jump, "Girl what the hell?! You don't make noise?" Monica said as she held her heart.
"Aliegha, what are you doing here? Why are you here alone?" Janet asked, "I'm not." She answer. Randy walked from the back room. They all looked at him.
"What?" He looked back at them, "Joseph told me you were coming home so I just brought her over." He shrugged and sat down.
"How did you get in?" Janet asked, "It's not hard. You really need new locks." Randy got comfortable. They all looked at him.
"I feel y'all staring. I know I'm handsome but save the stares for another day." He upped himself. They all scoffed at the same time.
"What are you gonna kill Mommy? I cleaned my room so you won't have to kill me." Aliegha shrugged, "Nothing. Just talking." Janet quickly grabbed the test and threw it in the nearest drawer.
"Talking about what?" Randy chimed in.
"Don't you have somewhere to be Randall?" Janet dismissed his question. Randy stood up and stretched, "Yeah I actually do. Unlike you guys, Randy has a date." He smirked. Monica looked at Janet before they bursted into laughter.
"You? Have a date? I never thought I'd meet the day." Janet laughed, "Oh please. I never thought I'd see my little sister giving birth but I guess we all see things." Randy said making Janet frown.
"Get out." She simply said, "I was already doing it." He shot back before leaving.
"Well Mon...you know what you have to do." Janet winked signaling her to go take the test.
"Oh..OH!! Oh, right." She grabbed the bag and ran off to the bathroom. Janet took that as a moment to pick up around.
"What is she doing?" Aliegha asked with her hand on her hip as she looked, "Grown folks things. Can you mind yours please?" Janet rolled her eyes as she put away stuff.
"You've never said that to me mommy..you know I can't mind mines!" Aliegha pouted making Janet sigh and pause to look at her, "Aliegha, please. She's just doing something for me. That's all." She explained before continuing to what she was doing.
"I guess..mommy? Can we go to the fair? I won't say anything else to you if we go."
Janet thought for a moment. She did need something to take her mind off this eventful evening so it wasn't any harm to go out there.
"I don't see why not..." She nodded. Aliegha jumped and whispered 'Yes!' Before running off. Janet shut her eyes to pray for a moment but Monica came out.
"Yours took 30 minutes? Mines didn't waste anytime telling my ass I don't have no baby in me." She threw it onto the counter. Janet looked at it and it was in fact negative.
"Great. I was nervous."
"For me? Please. I'm on a pill. Something you should've got on." Monica low blowed making Janet glare at her, "Too soon Babygirl? I'm sorry. You know I like to pull your leg." She laughed but Janet just rolled her eyes.
"I'm just waiting for your eyes to get stuck because you roll them EVERY second." Monica said as she grabbed her things, "I just wanna see it happen. It's gonna happen. Never seen someone that roll they eyes so much. I just took a test for your ass, you better treat me right." She pointed. Janet brushed her off and watched her walk to the door.
"I'll see you tomorrow." She said before leaving.
Janet looked around her house trying to think, Where the hell am I gonna keep a baby?
She knew she had to grind for a change if she wanted whatever was gonna come to be happy.
