It was dark— I had no idea where I was or where I was going. But I knew I had to keep running. Dragging my hand along the cold, cement wall as I continued to sprint, I rounded the corner and kept my hand still as I tried to maneuver my way through the darkness. I held my phone out using the dim light to try and see what I was doing, but it was barely of any help.

I heard her steps following behind as it echoed down what seemed to be a long hall. From time to time I'd hear her laugh, and at some points it felt like she was right behind me breathing down my neck. Her laugh sent chills down my spine.

"Aren't you tired of running?" She called out behind me, making me pick up the pace even more. My chest ached as I was gasping for breath, rounding another corner. Was I just running in circles at this point? Was there going to be an end?

As the thoughts ran through my head I collided with the hard cement wall. Instantly, panic took over and I felt around me— it was a dead end. I quickly shut off my phone screen and let the darkness consume me as I slid down the walk, bringing my legs up to my chest.

I tried my best to even my breathing and be as silent as possible. Her foot steps continued down, coming closer and closer to me. My heart was racing and I knew all too well she'd hear that, but to my surprise her foot steps came to a haunt just a little bit in front of me.

I heard nothing after. No footsteps growing closer to me nor going away— it was pure silence. Until the halls filled with my screams as I felt two cold hands grab hold of my arms, hoisting me up and letting my feet dangle.

My back was slammed against the wall and I fumbled around with my phone as I shined the bright light. I gulped as I saw the ink black eyes and the wicked grin. "Hi Andrew."

"Hello angel." He sneered.

I screamed at the top of my lungs as I shot up, gripping the covers tightly in my hands. My chest was tight and I was gasping for breath as I looked around, finding myself in Andy's room. That helped calm me a little but my entire body was still trembling as I tried to even out my breathing.

"What happened!?" Suddenly the door burst open, revealing a very worried Andy as he ran over to the bed. He climbed in front of me as he kneeled down, his hands cupping my face as his blue eyes studied me carefully. "Snow? Snow baby, are you okay?"

"I—I'm— I'm okay." I managed to breathe out.

Andy moved his hand to brush a stray hair from my face and my body instantly flinched, something I regretted soon after. Andy took note of it and slowly moved his hand away but I quickly grabbed it, placing it back on my cheek. I let my eyelids fall and took in a deep breath. "Please stay right here."

"I'm not going anywhere." Andy murmured.

Holding my trembling body, Andy let me burrow myself in his shoulder as I evened out my breathing. He softly rubbed my back as he continued to softly hush me. "What happened love?"

"Bad— dream—" I breathed out heavily.

Andy pulled away and cupped my face in his hands as he looked at me. He tilted his head a bit to the side as he studied me carefully. "Do you want to talk about it?"

I shook my head. "No."

"Do you want me to see—?" At that I shook my head even quicker, giving him a worried look as the words left his mouth. He paused, pursing his lips a bit before letting out a deep sigh. "Was it about me?"
