~ 19 ~

Jimin has been humming all morning ever since he got up. He is really in a very good mood after a long time. He feels like his dull heart bloomed after many years because of you. He couldn't help but smile to himself thinking about you and the precious moment you both shared. He loved how your eyes shined every time you watched the stars, the way you got shy and hid behind your friend, then later on hiding your blushing face in your hands discreetly when he secretly winked. He find all of that incredibly beautiful. Also he couldn't stop thinking about your lips that tasted like peaches. They were so soft and inviting. They fit perfectly with his plum ones as if they were made just for him.

He knows that he is deeply falling in love with you. And now after you completely stole his heart away along with that kiss, he is confident enough to take the next step with you. He wants you and he is more than willing to make you and Jae part of his life.

Still smiling widely, his eyes flickered to the phone which was resting on the top of his work desk. He picked it up and open the messages. He pouted seeing that you haven't read his message from last night. He didn't hear from you ever  since he dropped you off. He thought maybe you were tired or busy so he gave you your space. So wanting to check up on you today,  he started typing a message to send you.

Jimin - Busy?

It took few seconds but his smile widened when he saw that the messages finally got delivered.

My Juliet - A lil. Sorry I couldn't talk to u last night.

Jimin - That's fine.

My Juliet - Jimin..

Jimin - Yes?

Jimin waited patiently tapping his finger on his table as he waited for you to reply. It took you good few minutes so he was expecting a long message. But when you finally replied he couldn't help but chuckle lightly thinking maybe you shied away again.

My Juliet - Can we talk today? I need to tell you something.

Jimin - Sure. I need to talk to u as well. But I'll be getting late to come home. Is it ok if I come to yours once I'm done?

My Juliet - Ok. I'll see you then

Jimin - See you soon :)

After sending the last message Jimin kept the phone back on the table and turned to his laptop to return to work. He noticed that some of the things were missing in the latest update of the ongoing project. He tilted his head up to look across the room at Kiya since she is the one who is responsible for this. After the argument they had that day, none of them spoke to each other. Kiya was visibly very upset after that but strangely she was giving him small guilty smiles here and there today.

He sighed knowing that at some point he had to talk to her even if he was annoyed that Kiya crossed the line. He can understand now why she overreacted, it kind of gave away that she still liked him. He did feel bad but all he could offer was just friendship. He never saw Kiya that way and he never even tried to. So right now not only as a friend but as her colleague he decided to talk to her first.
