Ch 37

-Sabrina's Pov

It's been a week of sneaking around with Shawn. I've felt so guilty that I find it hard to eat now.

Conner invited me over for a movie day today and I excepted.

It was currently 8:30 pm and I grabbed my phone and left, making my way to his house.

I knock on the door and patiently wait for an answer.

"Hey babe" Conner kisses me hello

I felt so guilty lying and sneaking around like this...this isn't right, he has to know.

I shook away my thoughts and walked inside, and over to the couch

Conner jumped in right next to me and scrolled through various movies on Netflix.

"Hmm, which movie should we watch?" He furrowed his eyebrows in concentration

"Scary movie?" I smirked

"Scary movie." He stated

"Great! Now The question is, which one?" I asked

"Ooh, how about the conjuring?"

I shook my head in agreement and he switched it on.

*An hour later*

We were warm and snuggled on the couch.

It started raining pretty hard, but we didn't mind.

"Why don't I go make us some popcorn?" He yawned

"You seem tired" I giggled,"why don't i?"

He chuckled and nodded in agreement.

"Thanks babe" he smiled as I made my way over to the kitchen

-Conner's Pov (oh Shiiiet what's he doing here;))

As she made her way to the kitchen I realized what a perfect girlfriend she is.

So sweet, kind, loving, generous, thoughtful, be-

Ding ding ding

A jingle played, I say about every 10 seconds

I looked around to see it what it was but it remained a mystery.

I checked my phone to see if it was mine, but it wasn't.

It was Sabrina's.

I looked over at it to see notifications swimming through her phone

They were constant messages.

I ignored, considering it wouldn't be right to ease drop.

But the little jingle played over and over that I picked it up, and just stared at it.

I looked at it, then suddenly felt my heart stop.

"What the hell?"

I looked at her phone screen with such focus. Millions of emotions rushed through me and I felt...devastated.

"What's going on?"

I slid her phone open and quickly typed in her password.

I immediately went to the messages and read the one that appeared in her phone lock screen.

"Hey babe 😍❤️" read the text

I looked down in disappointment, then back at the messages

"Yesterday was fun, I love you so much 💜"

Then another one...

"I can't wait to see you again 😏😘"

I would go on, but I just couldn't.

Seconds later Bri came on with a bowl of popcorn, and found me with her phone.

"What are you doing with my phone??" She questioned

"So...your back with shawn." My voice cracked

"What?" She looked around in confusion, then crossed her arms

"You heard me...your cheating aren't you??"

"Conner-

"Just get out." I ordered

"Conner please."

"Bri leave."

"Conner please, I didn't want any of this to happen, I'm sorry!" She cried

"Leave."," we're done." I tossed her, her phone and she ran out with tears

I felt so broken, so betrayed, so empty.
