ch 35

I sat back at my seat next to Conner and the whole class just talked for the rest of the period.

"Hey you wanna hang out today?" conner smiled, "we can go skating or something?"

"Sure, sounds great!" i agreed

"Great" he gazed upon my eyes

He began to lean in, and so did i.

As we got closer and closer, we were awkwardly interupted by Shawn.

"Hey guys! Can i um, borrow a pencil?!" he lied

"Um...sure." Conner said awkwardly, as he searched through his backpack

I looked up at him and rose my eyebrow, while he smirked

I shook my head, and he broke into laughter, causing Conner to jump up

"Whats so funny?" Conner asked

Shawn cleared his throat,"nothing, thanks." he said as he took the pencil from him and walked away

"He's so weird" i laughed

Conner nodded his head.

The bell rang to go to 2nd period and Conner and i kissed goodbye.

Shawn came by my side, and we bagan walking to class.

"Hey why dont we skip this class and go hang out under the bleachers?" he asked

"I thought you were done with ditching...?"

"I am.","plus, it doesnt really matter, its the last day" he shrugged

I nodded, and we made our way to the bleachers.

We sat down in a comfortable area, and just talked.

"Im guessing Conners back to hating me" he chuckled

"Ya...i dont think he ever stopped" i teased

"Eh, whatever." he shugged it off

"Sabrina?" he questioned

"Ya??"

"I cant stand not being with you"

I looked down at the ground and didnt answer for a while.

"I know, i know."

"Im sorry, if im making this hard for you. I'll stop"

"No, no. Its fine, im just really confused right now, you know?"

He nodded his head and looked down, focusing on something on the ground.

I gazed at him, and all the feelings were rushing back.

"Sabrina, im so sorry."

"For what?"

"For cheating on you."

"I know shawn, you already apologized"

"And i can't apologize enough. I broke your heart and I'll regret that forever." he focused straight into my eyes.

I felt the pain he was feeling and for a moment there i felt like i belonged, with him.

Because maybe, i do.

I began to over think, and panic.

"Shawn i have to go","but seriously, dont over think it. Thats the past." i gave him a side smile and a hug

And as i was about to pull away, he grabbed me back and hugged me tighter.

His arms tightly around my waist, and his chin rested on my shoulder.

He didnt want to let go, and neither did i.

"Sabrina, i dont think i could ever stop loving you." he whispered into my ear, as his voice slightly cracked

I sighed and shut my eyes closed, hugging him back.

And, i'll for sure, never stop loving you.

"I know Shawn." was all i could say.

I felt like crying so bad. Everything was coming at me all at once and i felt an anixiety attack coming on.

"I have to go." i stated, immediately walking away.

A tear ran down my cheek, as i glanced back at him.

He looked so frustrated, and hurt.

I love him so much.

I cant be with Conner, i just cant. I belong with Shawn.
