-Sabrina's Pov

After a long day of school it was finally time to go home.

Jessica and I met up at her car and we hopped in.

"How was the 1st day back?" She smiled as she put the key in the ignition

I decided not to tell her about what happened today. So I did the only thing I'm good at, and lied.

"Great!"..."awesome." I muttered

"You sure?" She rose her eyebrow as she drove out of the parking lot and hit the road

"Yup, it was cool" I said as i looked out the window

"Bri, you suck at lying."

Well then...

"Ugh Leave me alone." I scoffed

She shrugged her shoulders and before you knew it, we were home.

I grabbed my bag and my board and jogged to the door, looking around to see if mom was anywhere in sight

"Work, she's at work little sis" Jess sighed and jogged up the wooden stairs to her room

I closed my eyes and sighed.

"Of course she is" I said under my breathe

I ran to my room and collapsed on my bed.

Thinking about the shit that happened today.

That Shawn guy...he's, pretty cool. But, not my type. I like bad boys.

I shook my thoughts away and plugged in my earphones to drain my brain out of all the bad thoughts storming around in my head like a death defining tornado.

*2:00 am*

I woke up with a miner head ache and the earphone strings wrapped around my head in a weird knot. Nice.

I checked the time, 2am, and wide awake.

I sighed and covered my face with my awfully small hands and just thought for a while. Until, I heard a large thump on my window.

I jumped in fright and looked out to see the gang, Conner, Andrew, Cynthia, and Rylie.

All holding there boards and smiling mischievously.

I gently opened the window so it wouldn't make a creek sound and peeked my head out

"What the hell are you guys doing here at 2am?"

They all look at me and laugh, "Come on, we're going out" Rylie shouts

"And bring your board!" Cynthia follows up

"Now?!" I hiss

"Oh just come on!" Conner shouts

"And where the hell were you when I got caught?"

He looks down at the ground and runs his fingers through his hair

"I'm sorry, just come down I'll make it up to you, I promise"

I roll my eyes and went over to my closet to change.

I threw on a top, along with a sweater and some light pair of ripped jeans that were slightly cuffed.

I grabbed my bag and longboard, as I slowly tip toed down stairs hoping not to wake anybody up.

While I was walking down the hall I quietly peeked in my moms room who was sound asleep on her bed. I gently smiled and closed it back up.
