The hacker or the womanizer? part 7

i woke up to some birds chirping and the sun shining right on my face, it was annoying but somehow pleasant to wake up to such a peaceful and beautiful morning.

I was gonna get up until someone knocked on my door.

Jake: Mc?

Oh right. Jake came back. I felt like it was a dream, i guess not...

Mc: Come in

He slowly opened the door and came towards him with his hands behind his back.

Jake: Good morning Mc.
Mc: Good morning
Jake: i made breakfast for us would you like to join me?
Mc: sure and thanks for cooking
Jake: Its the least i can do...also here are beautiful flowers for y-you
Mc: they're very pretty, thank you Jake

I chuckled at his stuttering, he was pretty confident last night.
I took the flowers from and kept it on my nightstand.

Mc: alright I'll get ready

He nodded and went back to the kitchen.

*After a few minutes*

I got ready and went downstairs for breakfast, as soon as i entered the kitchen, the smell of the coffee made me feel more calm.

Jake: Oh hey
Mc: hey, it smells really good in here
Jake: i made pancakes and waffles! and coffee too!
Mc: not going to lie i missed your cooking
Jake: I'm a pretty good cook i know
Mc: let'sss not get cocky now
Jake: haha alright

Jake came to my side and pulled out the chair for me, i just smiled at him and sat down as he went back to his own seat.

I started eating and the food was good as always, i noticed Jake staring at me but i felt abit uncomfortable. Jake noticed it and looked away while blushing.

Mc: the food is good.
Jake: thank you.

We ate in silence, no one spoke a word.  It was awkward since we haven't ate breakfast together in so long. I was gonna say something until my phone rang. It was Hannah. I picked it up and put it on speaker as i was eating.

Hannah: Good morning Mc!
Mc: Good morning Hannah!
Hannah: and good morning to you too Jake
Jake: Good morning
Jake: wait what
Mc: how'd you know he's here?
Hannah: well I am his sister and i know he'll obviously stay with you.
Jake: oh.

He looked down at this coffee and his ears were red. I wanted to laugh but i kept a straight face and continued talking to Hannah.

Hannah: Anyways. Do you guys wanna have a small picnic at the lake?
Mc: Black lake?
Hannah: Nope! there's another lake here! the place there is also really pretty!!
Mc: Oh sounds good to me
Jake: yeah
Hannah: oh we're inviting Phil too!
Mc: ooh yayy
Hannah: I never knew Phil was so nice you know
Mc: See i told yall but no one listened to me haha

i noticed Jake slightly clenching his jaw as we talked about Phil. I ignored him and told Hannah we'd be ready before afternoon.

We finished our food and Jake helped with the dishes while i cleaned the house abit before i got ready.

After cleaning i went to my room and starting picking some dresses to wear for the picnic. I chose and cute floral dress, it was perfect for a picnic!

I got ready and prepared some snacks to eat later.
I saw Jake coming out of the guestroom and he looked really good. Especially with the silk shirt in white, some black jeans and black shoes.

Jake: y-you look really beautiful Mc..
Mc: You look pretty good yourself!
Jake: T-thanks

He blushed and went outside as we heard some car horns. I quickly took my things, locked the door and went along with Jake. 

Hannah: heyy!!oohh you guys look good!
Lilly: really good!
Jessy :Yep
Dan: yeah yeah
Phil: hey Mc! and...Jake.
Jake: hello.
Mc: Phil!!

I was gonna go hug him until i remembered what happened last night and just waved at him.

Phil: it looks like Mc, Jake and our food is gonna be in the car with me

Jake scoffed and glared Phil.
Phil just smirked at him and helped me with my things and kept them in the back.

Hannah: and Thomas, Cleo, Lilly would be with me.
Richy: Dan and Jessy will be with me!
Also we better leave so we can reach there early.
Mc: right okay let's go!!

Phil opened the door to the seat next to the driver's seat. I hesitated abit but sat there anyways. Jake sat in the back and Phil also came inside.

Phil: Before i start the car. Mc. I'm really sorry for yesterday.
Mc: its alright...it was my fault too
Jake: can we go?
Phil: yes.
Mc: I'm so excited to see that place!!
Phil: oh you'll love it!!

And Phil finally started driving us towards the lake...
It's not gonna be easy having Jake and Phil in the same place isnt it.
