We were only an hour away from the lake and so far everything has been going well, we jammed to music,got to know each other, surprisingly Jake and Phil also had a pleasant conversation.

I was happy seeing the two interacting so well, i texted Jessy to tell her about Jake and Phil.

Mc: Jessssyyyy
Jessy: MCCCC
Mc: Jake and Phil are getting along well!!
Jessy: Really??? I'm so glad to hear that!! but did you ever notice that they always glared at each other when you're with one of them?
Mc: i did....i feel horrible
Jessy: awe its not your fault, besides you also have to choose one of them you know.
Mc: i know....I need abit time.
Jessy: im sure they'll understand, and they'll respect your decision. Besides they're adults.
Mc: yeah....
Jessy: okay then see ya
Mc: kay
    
Jessy is right...i should sort out my feelings soon....
I don't want to come between the two men...

Jake: Mc? You good?
Mc: huh?oh yeah sorry i was just deep in thought
Phil: About what may i ask?
Mc: eh life in general
Jake: be specific
Mc: well that everything is gonna be normal again
Phil: yeah..
Jake: oh i can see the lake!!

I looked ahead and saw a beautiful scenery infront of me

Mc: Hannah was right it's really pretty
Jake: Beautiful indeed...

I looked at him and caught him staring at me as he said that.
I blushed and looked away.

Phil: ahem so we're here
Jake: I'll help you with your things Mc
Phil: I can help you
Jake: I said it first
Phil: so??
Jake: so therefore I'll help her

I rolled my eyes and took the things myself while they were still arguing.

Mc: enough i already have them see you both near the lake byee

Jake and Phil just looked at me,took their own things as they glared at each other and scoffed.
I giggled as i went to the others

Hannah: pretty eh?
Mc:yes!!
Jessy: i lovee this placee
Jake: the flowers are cute
Mc:yeah who waters them?
Phil: the owner of this property is an old lady who lets people hang out here for free as long as we don't throw rubbish and keep it clean. And she hires some people to water the plants.
Richy:ooh sweet lady
Dan: yeah
Thomas: anyways let's prepare the food! I'm hungry asf
Lilly: alright hold on
Cleo: let me help

I smiled at the group, they look so happy. They deserve it after everything.
I looked around and explored the area and sat near the lake.

Jake: pretty relaxing huh?

i turned back and saw Jake coming towards me and sat beside me.

Mc: yeah I would love to built a house near this place.
Jake: it would be pretty cool

I leaned back abit and closed my eyes, focusing on the birds chirping, the water flowing, the wind and the group's voices as they're talking.

I felt someone hold my hand and looked down to see Jake gently caressing it, i felt shy and looked at the flowers around me instead.

He slowly removed his hand as he saw my reaction but then i held them back and just smiled at him. His hand was warm,i liked it.

He smiled and brought my hand to his lips and kissed my knuckles,i giggled and sat closer to him. I felt bad for Phil....but i also liked being with Jake... ughh im confused now!!

Mc: uh I'll go eat n-now sorry
Jake: oh its alright i understand...

I got up quickly,feeling embarrassed.

Dan: woaahh the water feels really good

I saw Dan dipping his hand in the water, i ran to the lake, also dipping my hand and the water was lukewarm since its quite sunny.

Mc: you're right!! the water feels great!! it also makes me wanna push Dan in the water too!!
Dan: Oh shut up Mc before i do it to you first woman
Jake&Phil: Don't you dare!!
Jake: Stop copying me!!
Phil: oh please you're the one copying!

We just laughed and i splashed some water on the group

Richy:HEY STOP THAT
Cleo: Calm down Mc hahaha

I turned around to get some towels to dry myself off but then Dan stood infront of me and splashed water on my face

Mc:  Ahhhh!!
Dan: Ahhahaha
Dan: oh no

I saw Jake and Phil jokingly glaring at Dan and ran after him as me and the others chuckled at the three idiots

Lilly: alright alright let's eat now!
Jessy: yayy

We sat down on the huge picnic table and i have to say, the old lady really knows her stuff. The table was the perfect length,the bench was also comfortable.

We started eating and talking about our most embarrassing moments, Jake and Phil sat beside me and the tension was pretty intense.

Richy: Do you guys wanna play truth or dare?
Hannah: ooh yess but let's make it harder
Jessy:yess
Mc: sounds good to me
Phil:yeahh
Richy: okay let me spin the bottle.

He spun it around and it landed on...............

Phil.

Phil:oh c'mon
Richy: Truth or Dare?
Phil: I shall start easy. Truth
Richy: How many girls have you slept with?
Dan: ooohhhh interesting
Phil:i take that back
Mc: No no you can't go back now

I was also kinda interested to know

Jake:yeah bro don't be such a wimp
Phil: ugh fine maybe.......7?
Jessy: not surprised.
Cleo: woah what?

Mc: damn
Phil: jealous Mc?
Mc: pfft. No.

Jake scoffed and said

Jake: Okay moving on.
Richy: okay so we'll just let eachother choose someone.
Phil:i choose Mc, Truth or Dare?
Mc: Dare
Phil: I dare you link your arms with me for 10 minutes.
Jake: ugh that's easyyy
Phil: My choice.

I looked around kinda feeling nervous but then went abit close to Phil and did what we said.

Jessy: awee cutee

I blushed and Phil did too.

Mc: Okay....i choose....Cleo!
Cleo: Truth.
Mc: boringg but anyways, who from this group will you choose to be your boyfriend?
Cleo: none
Mc: oop-
Hannah: HAHAH
Jessy: sad
Lilly: pain
Richy: ouch
Dan: this is just sad
Thomas: atleast?
Cleo: hmm.. Jake maybe
Jake: why thank you.
Cleo: You're welcome.

Ugh as soon as they smiled at each other i felt kind of jealous.

Dan:hackerman? seriously?pfft
Mc: Don't be jealous Dan hahaha

Jake: okayy i pick.....Mc.
