First date(Jake x mc)

After Hannah was found, everything went back to normal, no more threats, no more secret investigations, basically just a peaceful life.

I moved to duskwood because I met people who I could call home. Jake also got rid of his pursuers and asked me to move with him to duskwood.
I was really excited because I've been wanting to be with Jake since the day I knew him, i wanted to know more about him and not just talk about Hannah.

I reached in Duskwood yesterday and Jake already bought a small cozy house for us.

*yesterday at the airport*

The plane landed safely and I got out of it and went outside the airport, as I got out I saw a man standing a few feet away from me.

Jake: Mc!!
Mc: Jake!!

I ran up to him and gave him a tight hug. He wrapped his arms around me and spun me around. I laughed and said

Mc: well someone's really excited
He blushed as he realized what he did
Jake: uh um sorry I just got super excited
Mc: it's alright I liked it

I winked at him
He got shy and said

Jake: L-let me help you with your luggage

He took them and put them in the trunk of his car.
I went to the passenger seat to open the door

Jake: ah let me open the door for the b-beautiful lady
Jake face-palmed himself for stuttering and opened the door

Mc: hahaha thank you so much kind sir

He laughed and went to the driver and seat and we drove to his place.

*a few minutes later*

We got out of the car and I admired the house, it was really pretty.

Jake: Do you like it?
Mc: it's so pretty!!
Jake: hehe I guess we both have good taste huh?

He winked and looked away

Mc: you like to make bold answers and get shy after it huh
Jake: I- well-
Mc: Don't worry I like seeing you all bold and shy ahhaha
Jake: Come on let's go in

He carried my things and kept them in my room.

Jake: you must be tired, I'll prepare dinner while you can go shower
Mc: thanks Jake!

I went up to him and kissed him on the cheek.
His eyes went wide and his cheeks were pink, he smiled at me and ran to the kitchen. Cute.

I wore some comfy clothes and went down to the dining room and saw Jake sitting down on the chair with the food on the table.

Jake: Hey Mc, let's eat I'm very hungry
Mc: It smells good did you make it?
Jake: yep
I took a bite and gasp
Mc: it's so good!!
Jake: I know, well when you lived alone you gotta know how to cook
Mc: well that's true but I thought you'd be the type to eat cup noodles or something

I said as we continued eating.

Jake: well I do eat cup noodles but sometimes I have time for cooking and I often treat myself because I work so hard you know?
Mc: ah as you should be, everyone needs to treat themselves once in a while
Jake: I hope you don't mind staying with me Mc
Mc: are you kidding? I'm leaving with a hot guy who can cook and treat me well everyday and you expect me to have a problem living with you?

He blushed and said

Jake: well- I mean I'm really glad to have you here Mc.
Mc: likewise Jake

We finished eating and I helped with the dishes while he checked the locks and other stuff.
