Author's POV

Taehyung was coming from the royal hall as he was really very tired of the problems that aroused in the kingdom. On his way he met Jin, who was taking food to Jimin's room.

"Its so tiring. Jimin might feel the same" Taehyung said with a tired sigh. Jin smiled and said "It must be really tiring. Mainly when there is no one to sit on the other throne"

"Hmm...but-" Taehyung stopped in his track making Jin frown "What happened tae?"

"You smell that?" Taehyung asked. Jin sniffed the air and there it was. The smell of blood....and faint smell of peaches. Their eyes widened as both of them ran towards Jimin's room. The tray of food fell on the floor making the guards startle

Taehyung opened the door and then Jin came from behind. The chief cupped his face in horror as Taehyung was paralysed. There, Jimin was limp on the floor, blood oozing through his chest as the smell of metallic blood was high, masking the omega's scent

"J-Jiminah...J..Jimin.....NO!! NO!! NO!!" Taehyung ran like a mad man towards the body and immediately checked its pulse. It was faint and his body was a little cold.

"H-Hoseok..J-Jun-ng Hoseok...JIN CALL HIM!!! EMERGENCY!!" Taehyung screamed and Jin ran towards the infirmary. Taehyung looked around the room and covered Jimin's naked body with a white robe. He picked the omega's body and laid it on the bed. The guards a picked in the room as gasped in horror, when they saw their queen

"G-Guys...t-the..q-q-que-en" the guard stammered. From a distance, Yoongi came running and behind Namjoon with Jin and Hoseok, with a bag of medical kit.

"MOVE!! MOVE!!" Yoongi screamed as Hoseok came inside the room. Namjoon and Jin stood far away since it was advised to not crowd the room

"Faint pulse. Taehyung b-bring a wet cloth" Hoseok said. Taehyung nodded and went to the bathroom to wet a cloth. Hoseok poured a portion on the cotton and dabs it on the wound. He took some herbs in a bowl and mashed them. As soon as the liquid was out of the herbs, he cleaned the area with the cloth Taehyung bought. Then, he took a needle out and a thread to stitch the wound. When it was done, Hoseok soaked the liquid of herbs with a white cloth and covered the stitch. And finally, he wrapped a clean cloth around his chest. He checked the pulse and then smiled. It was normal

Hoseok let out a relieved sigh and said "He is fine now"

Taehyung let out a relieved sigh and said "Thank you Hoseok-shi"

"No need to thank me Taehyung. It was fortunate that you called me soon. Or else it would have been hard to save him"

"WHY ARE GUARDS HERE FOR?!?! YIU CANT EVEN PROTECT THE QUEEN-"

"Namjoon, nobody attached him" Hoseok said. Jin and Taehyung frowned as the healer continued "It was because of unbearable heat"

"What?!"

"Yes. It's due to the pain caused by heat. It happened because when the pain consumed the Queen's body, it acted like a manipulator. Something inside him screamed to kill himself to get relieved from the pain"

"Is this normal?" Taehyung asked. "No. Its not. There has to be someone...for which it was triggered"

Namjoon and Jin looked at each other not knowing what to say. Taehyung looked troubled as if he new something but was not sure about it

".....when he will wake up?" Jin asked. Hoseok looks outside the window and says "maybe in 2-3 days"

"Okay" Jin said and left the room, followed by Namjoon and Yoongi. Hoseok and Taehyung stayed in the room as the omega spoke "I smelt a different scent around him, days ago"

"Hah?"

"Like it was sandalwood....and then some activities like the brutal murder of Jay, Lisa in the storage room unconscious and then Joon-gi's disappearance"

"Hm....I dont know what to say actually but I think something is wrong in the castle" Hoseok said and Taehyung nodded slightly "Maybe you are correct"

On the other hand, Jungkook felt it. He felt everything that Jimin felt. He was thrashing around in agony as his wolf blamed himself for the omega's state but was he at fault, for real?

Maybe a little but not entirely. He surely did left the omega, but for his safety. He can feel the pain of the unconscious omega.

'Jungkook...use your powers' his wolf said.

'Will it work?' He asked

'I'm not sure but give a try' His wolf replied in return.

The demon closed his eyes as red sparks ignited in his eyes. His tongue felt the blood in its surface as Jimin's wound started to heal. He left the taste of bitter medicine but shrugged it off, concentrating on the wound.

As soon as he stopped feeling the blood in his tongue the Alpha fell back in a corner. His energy was drained a lot.

"I hope you'll heal soon, Jimin-ah" Jungkook mutters but he felt a massive pain in his back.

Then the same person spoke "Sorry, Kid. But I need something in return...for healing Queen, Park Jimin"

Then a scenario flashed against his eyes as he can see Jimin's wound were bleeding again, worse than ever. The Alpha began to panic as he saw the seen unfold. He can see that the omega's breathing was getting harsh as his chest was rasing, begging for some oxygen. He was dying

"NO!! PLEASE!! DONT DO THIS!! PLEASE!!" Jungkook begged. Bloody tears leaving his eyes as he let out a pitiful sob

The person smirked and said "Make it fast Jungkook. What will you give me in return? Or else I'll end his life in a very disgusting way"

"TAKE THE ONLY THING THAT I HAVE LEFT!!" Jungkook screamed

"The only thing that you have left? You sure, Jeon Jungkook, the Alpha of demons?"

"I AM! JUST TAKE IT!!" Jungkook yelled sobbing more. The person left out a laugh and said "As your wish". The person kept a hand on Jungkook's chest and he muttered something and then
....a painful...very painful scream left from the Alpha's lips

Jimin's eyes open slowly adjusted himself with surroundings. He hissed in pain as he groaned "Fuck-"

"Agh!" He sat himself up as his breathing laboured a little. He closes his eyes and then next moment he opens then...he saw Jungkook in front of his bed. Standing.....with burnt hands, and half of his face was covered with a mask but he can see some part of the burnt skin through it....blood coming out of his lips as the Alpha chuckled and spoke
"I sold away my entire soul to save you, My Moon"
