"I'm not saying don't date the guy. I'm just saying take it slow." Bonnie spoke as they walked towards the school building.

"You were the one who said to go for it." Elena spoke in confusion, her brunette locs blowing in the wind.

"Now I'm saying take it slow." Bonnie shrugged.

Elena looked at her friend incredulously. She then turned to look at Sasha who walked on her other side.

"Don't tell me you agree."

Sasha had been having bad feelings about Stefan. She didn't think he was a bad guy. She just didn't exactly... trust him.

And now that Bonnie was expressing the same thoughts, she felt sort of comforted in her scepticism about the new guy.

"I trust my sister's judgment." Sasha spoke with a shrug.

Elena sighed as she stopped walking and looked at the twins."Okay. Why the about-face you two?"

"It's not an about-face." Bonnie responded defensively.

The first bell hadn't rang yet and most of the school body was still outside enjoying the sun and hanging out.

"You're single for the first time in your entire high school career." Bonnie told her.

"Perfect time to play the field." Sasha winked playfully.

Elena rolled her eyes.

"Oh, because I'm so that girl." She spoke. "Seriously, what are you not saying?"

Bonnie suddenly got quiet for a second.

"It's stupid." She spoke up.

Sasha immediately knew that this had something to do with what had happened the night before.

"Bonnie..." Elena pressed.

"What?" Bonnie asked innocently.

"Spit it out." Elena told her.

Bonnie sighed as she gave in. "I accidentally touched Stefan. And I got a really bad feeling." She spoke.

Sasha's mind was immediately taken back to the Grill when she had touched Stefan and she had gotten a bad feeling as well.

"Is that it? Bonnie." Elena looked disappointed and Sasha knew she definitely didn't understand what Bonnie was saying like she was.

"It was bad bad!" Bonnie emphasised and Sasha knew exactly what she meant.

"Is this the whole witch mojo thing again?" Elena asked looking at Sasha as well this time.

"You know what?" Bonnie quickly spoke dismissively. "I'm just concerned. This is me expressing concern about my best friend's new boyfriend."

Elena reached out and rubbed Bonnie's arm. "And I love you for it, I do. But I feel good. It's been a hard year, and I'm starting to kind of feel like things are getting back to normal again. And you know what? Stefan is a big part of that." She spoke.

"Good morning, Elena. Good morning, Bonnie. Good morning Sasha."

The three girls turned to look at the proprietor of the voice.

Sasha folded her arms across her chest.

"Well speak of the devil and he shall appear." She spoke.

Stefan looked at her in confusion.

Bonnie quickly took her sister by the arm.

"Hey, um, we gotta find Caroline. She's not answering her phone. So we'll see you guys later." She spoke before walking away and dragging her sister with her.
