Sean
-You can't dodge me forever.

Alisha fought the urge to roll her eyes at the tenth message from Sean that she has received since last evening when she had caught him spying on her and Jeremy.

She hadn't told anyone about it. Not her friends or her sisters who hated Sean.

And not Jeremy...

She had just given him a how speech on starting over without exes or complications.

And now here was her ex bringing a whole lot of complications.

Maybe she could tell Tyler. He had said that she should tell him if she ever had boy trouble.

But then again with what happened at the fair, she didn't really want to talk to Tyler right now.

"Hey."

Alisha jumped.

She turned around and saw Jeremy.

"Whoa relax, it's just me." Jeremy chuckled lightly.

"Right." Alisha spoke.

Stop acting so weird... and suspicious.

She forced a smile at him.

"Hi." Alisha greeted.

Jeremy leaned in and placed a light kiss on her lips.

"Hey." Jeremy smiled.

Alisha couldn't fight her grin.

Jeremy had never been this public with his affection.

"This is new." She commented.

"In a good way, I hope." Jeremy spoke. He was somewhat worried that Alisha might not have liked the idea of being so public. Especially since she was so popular.

Alisha saw some people stop to look. She hugged her books to her chest and shifted on her feet from her toes to the balls.

"Definitely in a good way."

She liked feeling the warm and fuzzy feeling in her stomach when Jeremy loved on her.

She loved that someone was so proud to show it so openly.

But she couldn't enjoy it for too long because she kept thinking about Sean who was still blowing up her phone. And she hadn't told Jeremy because she was scared it would make things complicated again.

"So guess who's behind on his calculus homework and his history paper." Jeremy spoke.

Alisha frowned. "I thought the paper was going well."

"It was." Jeremy spoke. "But Mr Saltzman told me I can't rely on the journal alone and I need more references from that time."

"So old old books, looks like we need to scour the town library later." Alisha spoke.

When her Grams was doing research in Mystic Falls, Alisha loved to tag along and spend time in the library with her. It's where she developed her love for books.

"I love that you said 'we' because I definitely wasn't going to do it alone." Jeremy spoke.

Alisha playfully rolled her eyes. "Yeah you know I got you covered."

"Great, we can go there after school and if we finish early we can go back to my place and chill." He suggested.

"Yes on hitting the library after school. But instead of leaving maybe we can work on the calculus thing. Mike and I were supposed to be studying anyway. We can make it a group thing." Alisha suggested.
