Criss- Crossed Love Affair (BokuAka)

~I'm Akaashi Keiji, 16, First Year. I am a scholar and so I was able to enrol in this elite school. I am a working student at night, and help the teachers during my break time. I also offer tutoring services as additional income which is approved by the school admin. I am just the ordinary student with brains as they say. I do not stand out much but I work well in my classes~

I didn't know that the accident earlier will change my life forever. If I ever knew, will I even want to avoid it?

I leaned forward as I noticed him moved a little.

We are currently here at infirmary. This energetic loud mouth guy jumped in front of me when I was about to submit papers to the faculty office.

I didn't suffer any major injuries thanks to him... What worries me is that he's one of those elite students so he can easily sue me because of what had happened. What if he turns the story the other way around?

I just wanted to study that's all... What if I.. lose my scholarship? I can't... I just can't...

He then flinched a little. The doctor said it's just a minor concussion but he'll be taken to the hospital later after they contacted his parents.

Its been an entire hour, but they haven't been able to contact anyone..

I leaned forward from the side of the bed where he is laying and look intently at him.. I really hope he's okay....

He flung his eyes open... Wow... He is adorable. I felt a sudden rush in my cheeks...

"Babe!" a shrilled voice rings over my ear.

A girl shove me off from the bed that I fell on the ground.. What brute and harsh manner for a girl!

She hugged her boyfriend for a while as I stood and brush away the dirt in my pants.

"It's you!" She glared at me. "You hurt my Baby!"

"I.. No.. It's not like that" I tried to explain

"Oh, I know what this is, you poor commoner wanted it to look like it's Kou's fault so you'll get money from him!!!!" she accusingly said.

I felt numb. What the hell is wrong with her? I looked at the guy. Will he ever tell her the truth? He is just quietly listening to her... I knew it, all rich people are the same... If it isn't advantageous to them-

"Hey, Babe... Come on... Its not his fault... I am the one who just appeared in front of him." he defended me... Unbelievable... A rich guy really did that?!

"What? Whatever." the girl angrily replied.

"Are you okay?" he asked looking at me.

"Yes. Just few scratches.. What about you?"

"I'm feeling good except from the pain here (pointing at his head). I'm so sorry about what had happened" he smiled at me. I smiled back.

I really don't like how this girl is glaring at me so I tried to excuse myself..

"Hey wait... I'm Kōtarō Bokuto... What's your name?"

"Akaashi.... Keiji Akaashi..." as I walked out of the room.

From the corner of my eye, I saw his girlfriend leaned in and said "Finally".. Then kissed him.

I don't know how to react.

That Bokuto guy is different... It's like I would want to know him more. Can I really be good enough though to meet him eye to eye? Will it take forever?
