I have always been so afraid of my father... since the day I turned 3 until this very moment... I am so afraid....
Akaashi's POV
Today, I decided to invite some of my friends for lunch tomorrow at my apartment. I want to celebrate my birthday as simple as possible with my few friends.
"Noya... Do you have time tomorrow? Want to spend lunch at my place? I'll be cooking some foods." I asked as Noya sat down on his desk.
"Hmm.. Wait.. It's Saturday tomorrow right?" he asked
"Yeah... So.. are you free?" I asked again
"I'm sorry, Akaashi... We have practice match tomorrow.... Is there any particular reason you're cooking lunch? If it's important, I'll try to ask the Third Years if I could leave early after the game." he smiled as he placed his head on the top of his desk.
"No.. No.. It's okay.. I just thought of having some days off from school..." I lied.
"I am really sorry, Akaashi... Asahi and I will try to drop by at noon to hang out if you like..." he said as he yawned a little.
"Okay... That's cool. See you then..." I sighed.
At least they'll gonna be there...

"Oh... Hi, Akaashi... What's up?" Osamu said as he bumped on me in the corridors.
"You seem different today.."
Just then, Suna walked beside him.
"Hmm.. Osamu, Suna, are you free tomorrow.. I am thinking of cooking lunch at my place..." I said trying to sound happy.
I hope they'll say yes...
"Tomorrow... That's cool..." Osamu replied gladly.
But then Suna whispered to Osamu... and said...
"Don't forget about that, Babe..." Suna said
"Oh ... Right, I'm sorry Akaashi... We have a scheduled renewal of contract at the agency tomorrow." Osamu said as he bowed his head.
"No.. It's okay ..."
"Right, it's lunch break, Omi, don't worry.. See you tomorrow..." Atsumu then ended the call. "Oh, hi Akaashi..."
"So, I guess you aren't available tomorrow, too..." I said sadly.
"I can cancel, Akaashi, if you need someone, I can be-"
"No.. I'm sorry... I shouldn't have said that... Anyways don't worry... I just decided to hang out with you guys... we can hang out next time, right?!" I quickly said and returned back to my classroom without waiting for their replies.
Bokuto-san would definitely join me, I just know it... When the classes are over, I saw them waiting at the gate. I run towards them.
"Hi, Kaashi!!!" he screamed loudly
"Bokuto-san keep it down please." I pleaded.
He just nodded.
"Anyways, tomorrow..."
"Yes, Akaashi.. I have something to tell you about tomorrow, too..." He smiled
"What is it, Bokuto-san?"
"Kuroo and I are going to their company building and attend a meeting with his father.. I am so excited to meet new people!!!!" he gladly cited.
"Ohh.... That's... That's cool...." I said almost teary eyed.
"Are you okay, Kaashi? Wait, you're trembling...." Bokuto-san hold my shoulders and press them a little.
"I... I'm fine... Just tired..."
"Are you sure? We can drop by to the hospital to check...." Kuroo-san said as he brings out his phone ready to dial the emergency hotline.
"No.. No... I'm really fine!"
Bokuto-san worriedly looked at me.
"I am worried about you, Kaashi... Anyways... what are you going to say about tomorrow?" he intriguingly asked
"Ohh.. It's nothing... " I don't want him to cancel his plans just for me and my late notice invitation...
"I just want to hang out tomorrow, that's all..."
"We can hang out on Sunday if you like, Kaashi!?" Bokuto-san suggested
"Yeah.. Sounds good..." I replied without looking at them.

I arrived home totally depressed. Bokuto-san texted me that he arrived home and they are preparing their presentation for tomorrow.
I sighed.
I just want to be around them on my birthday, but I should have tell them about it earlier than today... I don't want them to sacrifice their plans just for me....
It's okay... I'm okay... I'll just cook tomorrow when Noya and Asahi come.
Beep... Speaking of. Noya texted me.
~Akaashi, we are sorry, we can't drop by tomorrow... We will be extending the practice and Asahi said he reserved a place for our anniversary. I'm sorry~
I quickly replied...
~It's okay, Don't worry about it.~
I want to call Sugawara-san but I don't want to disturb him at work right now... I fell asleep without having dinner...
I am alone .... I am on my own... It's not like it's something new.. I honestly been used to being alone... it's just that... I have been used to be around other people lately, too....
