Minju's POV
"Overseas?" I uttered while looking at my manager who then nodded.
"We'll be filming in Japan for the upcoming mini-drama. You'll be the second lead. Also, you'll know the casts when we get there for script reading." The scriptwriter told me while I nodded, not really fully liking the whole overseas part.
"We'll give you a week to decide whether you're going to take on this project. You just need to tell us and we'll get everything prepared," he said while showing me some of the itineraries.
I looked at the contract and closed it. "Ahh...okay. I'll think about it." I said before standing up and bowing to them. They smiled before I left to go to Yena's office.
Overseas? As I saw the whole contract, it said I had to stay there for about four months or so. But how about Yujin? She can't go with me, can she? She has to stay here since she's the CEO of her company. Ugh, this is really hard.
I took the lift and immediately walked towards Yena's office to talk to her about it. I knocked once before entering.
"Ah, Minju-ah, I heard there's a new project you're up for." She said while standing up and sitting on the couch in front of her desk. I nodded and sat opposite her while sighing.
"Why? Aren't you happy for your debut?" Yena asked me while I looked at her.
"I am, but the filming venue is going to be in Japan," I answered while shaking my head.
"Ahh...really? Wouldn't that be nice? You get to travel a little." Yena said while totally not getting my main point.
"Yeah but Yujin...it's not a week or two thing, but four months and maybe even more. How am I going to tell her that?" I said with a hint of frustration in my tone as I leaned back onto the couch. The duck opened her mouth and went 'oh' before leaning onto the couch too.
"Just tell her, it'll be fine. It's better than keeping it from her or telling her too late. You know what happened when she didn't tell you things." She said while referring to the thing that happened a long time ago.
She's right, I should tell her before I make my decision. That way we can see how we're going to work this out.

                              Third Person's POV
After a while, Minju drove back home and it's still a little early so there's not much traffic as compared to the rush hour. In a bit, she reached home and went up to her unit. She quickly punched in the code and immediately got greeted with a big warm hug by a gigantic puppy.
"You're home early," Minju uttered while patting Yujin's back and pulling away, pecking her lips, earning a bright smile that would never fail to make the brunette's day.
"Yes." The taller said and let go of Minju before she took off her shoes and entered the house. As soon as she set foot in the house, a big wave of delicious aroma filled her smelling senses. Yujin walked back into the kitchen while Minju followed behind.
"What are you cooking?" The brunette asked while placing her bag on the sofa and going beside her.
"Doenjang Jjigae." She smiled while stirring the stew. The puppy suddenly tilted her head to the right, placing a gentle kiss on Minju's forehead before turning off the stove.
"Why did you come home so early? Now my surprise has failed." Yujin cutely uttered while pouting as she plated the side dishes on the table followed by the steamy pot of tofu stew.
Minju frowned. "Do you not want me to come back early?" she uttered in a subtle disbelief tone while Yujin shook her head and wrapped her arms around Minju's waist, staring lovingly into Minju's orbs.
