SOMETIMES ALLAH GIVES WHAT YOU NEED INSTEAD OF WHAT YOU WANT.

Today marks exactly 1 week without Abba, surely he is gone. To say I'm not hurt is a big lie, I know we are not on good terms with Abba, but still, he's my biological father, he brought me into this world, and I miss him even though we are not close to each other in the past, my system is about to shut down, it'll shut down any minute from now.

Seeing Umma always crying is another story on its own. She's completely down, she's as strong as I know her but Abba changed her completely. I know people would say he's gone that is no more trouble. Yes, but still she needs him, we all need him.

Khalifa is still as he is, though now people are helping, people are always coming to our house either to greet Khalifa or give us what they can afford for help.

I think no one knew about Abba Away or whatever, no one asked. Thank Allah.

I sat down on the mat outside the room with Khalifa lying down and Zara on my lap. Everyone was deep in thought.

Anty Zara left the house two days after Abba left.

It was a divorce letter for both of them. Anty Zara cried hard, 6 months after her marriage and now she's divorced with his child in her womb. She's 4 months pregnant.

When we found out that Abba divorced Umma we were devastated we cried throughout the night.

It's the end of the month and I was paid half of my money at work because I was absent for days but I'm still thankful to my boss.

I went straight to the market to buy foodstuffs for us, SubhanAllah everything now is expensive, and some of the foodstuff's money has even doubled. Ya Allah make it easy on all of us and forgive our sins... Ameen.

I went back home and cooked macaroni and stew for us, Umma asked Abdul to take some to Anty Zara's parents' house.

I gave Abdul to take it and waited for him to come back and we ate ours.

"Alhaji Uthman did you hear anything about those people on the radio, I mean any info?" Alhaji Nasir asked his friend.

"Yes, I called the radio station yesterday after you left the office and got more information about them. I found out that he has four wives and 12 children, He doesn't have any work, even a small business. I think he doesn't have any certificate. He just walks around the areas not providing a stick of a thing to his family. His first wife happens to be so soft and kind, she has 6 children with him, and the elder one is a female I think just 16-17 years old. So she's the father, she works so hard for them but you know she can't do it, she's still young". Alhaji Uthman said.

And Alhaji nodded. "How would someone be so wicked like this, his own family. Tell me more. And what do you think we should do about it?".

"They are suffering based on what I heard, so I think we should ask for the location so that we can visit then and see what we can do. Right?" He asked.
