MAY ALLAH ANSWER OUR SILENT PRAYERS.... AMEEN
Asma'u left after some hours to their house.
I didn't talk to her about it because I knew she wouldn't listen. She has a strong head, I know she won't even glance at me.
I cooked jollof rice and pepper chicken for us and made a hibiscus drink (Zobo).
I served everyone and sat down close to Umma also eating.
"I forgot the last time I ate chicken," said Abdul.
"Same here," Ihsan answered.
"We should be thankful to Allah SWT for bringing Alhaji Nasir into our lives. We can't thank him enough." Umma said.
"Yes umma, may Allah bless him abundantly." we prayed.
Ameen ya rabbi.
"Khadijah, how were the exams, I hope it was not hard for you two," Umma asked.
"Alhamdulilah umma, we can't say anything for now. But Alhamdulilah." I replied.
"May Allah make successful for all of you". Umma said
"Ameen ya rabbi ummana. Jazakallahu bil Jannah."
Ameen, wa iyyaki.

"Khadijah, you better come out from that bathroom before I come in there and drag you hard." Said asma'u.
"Oh really! Can you?" I asked.
"Try me," Asma'u said.
"Don't eat me up, I'm out let's go". I said.
"Umma, we'll be going, bye," I said.
"Okay, I wish you two excellent results." Umma prayed.
Ameen ya rabbi.
We are now on our way to the Cafe to check our JAMB Result.
"Asma'u," I called. "Don't you think of giving this guy a chance, I know it's hard, and I know this is your first time, you don't know how it works and the rest. But he looks calm I don't think he'll do anything that would hurt you intentionally. But I won't force it, if you feel he's not the right person or you're not ready that would be okay. But please think about it." I said almost in one breath.
" I'm scared, I'm scared that he might be a player, you know I hate cheating, I don't want to fall for him and at the end, he leaves," Asma'u said
"I know Asma'u, and know you well, but he looks serious about it, I don't see what will be his aim if he lied?"
"Nowadays, people have changed. You might know a person's intentions and behaviors on their face before, but not now. I'm really scared." my best friend said.
"Yes, it's true. I won't force you if you feel your heart is not at rest with him, I'll support you, you know."
"Oh yeah! She said smiling. But I'll think about it Insha Allah". she added.

"Umma, I passed, we passed Alhamdulilah," Khadijah said shouting it out.
"Masha Allah, We thank you Allah. Alhamdulilah,".umma said.
"Umma I scored 252 in my JAMB. Umma, I passed." Khadijah said not believing she made it.
"Say Alhamdulilah Khadijah, say Alhamdulilah," Umma ordered.
