SUCCESS IS NOT FINAL, FAILURE IS NOT FATAL: IT IS THE COURAGE TO CONTINUE THAT COUNT
I woke up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for my husband.
I tried to work silently even though I was in pain. I passed my EDD last week so I am expecting the baby anytime soon.
I walked to the kitchen and started preparing the food.
As I was working, I felt a sharp pain, I couldn't endure the pain as it was getting worse, I couldn't move my legs as it became heavy, and I leaned on the kitchen island. Luckily I brought my phone with me so I quickly dialed Yusuf's number.
He came to the kitchen immediately. "What's wrong," He asked.
"I can't walk, and I'm feeling pain in my back too, let's go to the hospital please," Khadijah replied.
"Okay okay, stay here let me get the car key and your veil," He said rushing to our room to bring the things.
He came back shortly, put the veil around my shoulders, and collected my phone.
He carried me to the car and adjusted the seat.
"Is the trolley in the hatchback?" He asked.
I just nodded my head and we left for the hospital.

"Assalamualaikum," Yusuf said while making a call with his mother.
"Wa'alaikumus Salam," She answered.
"Good morning Ummi, I've been trying your line but it's not reachable," He said.
"I don't know what happened to my phone, even your father said that he called several times but was not reachable," She answered.
"Okay, we are in the hospital now, I brought khadijah to the hospital some minutes ago and she's in the labor room now," He said.
"Since when, and you can't call to tell me so that I can come with you," Ummi scolded as she was trying to get up.
"Ummi I called, remember? And we didn't spend good thirty minutes here but she has not yet delivered,"
"Okay okay, which hospital are you, I'm coming right away," She said.
Umma and Ummi arrived at the hospital after a while. They met Yusuf sitting in the reception.
"Has she given birth?" His mother asked.
"Not yet Ummi, I'm getting scared because it's almost one hour," He said.
"She will deliver safely inshaAllah, keep on praying for her," She said trying to console him.
He greeted Umma and she replied to him, with a smile.
"Why are you sitting here, you should have stayed close to the room," Ummi said.
"I sat there but they asked me to stay in the reception, they'll inform me if she delivers or if they want something," Yusuf answered as you could sense fear in his voice.
