My eyes shot open as my stomach churned. It was still dark so I knew it was either the middle of the night or super early in the morning. But even through the darkness I was dizzy.

Suddenly, I had this feeling in my stomach and throat which made me jump from bed and run into the bathroom, dropping to my knees and letting out everything I had eaten the night before.

As I puked, I could hear someone, assuming Calum, come into the bathroom. Their hand his my back and rubbed it as their other hand held my hair,

"You're okay baby" I heard Calum whisper as I heard Duke patter in too.

I sat back on my feet as Calum left me for just a second, grabbing a was rag and wetting it before he came and wiped my mouth,

"Thanks" I sighed then slowly stood up. Calum helped me back to bed and climbed under the covers with me as Duke went and got back in his bed,

"You okay? You need me to grab you anything? Medicine? Water?" Calum asked as he held me from behind and rubbed circles on my stomach,

"I'm fine. Thank you though" I smiled softly,

"Do you know what might be wrong? Stomach bug? Oh! Maybe you're pregnant! We should take a test" Calum piped up,

"No Cal, I'm not" I sighed, but that could be a lie. I've been feeling like shit for a few weeks and there's a gut feeling that maybe I am, but I don't want to get his hopes up. Miya knows I have the feeling so after class today I'm going back to her dorm to take a test. My safest bet it to take it there so Calum doesn't see,

"Oh okay. Sorry" I heard Calum mumble, "Try and get some more sleep. You have a few hours before you have to get up for class"

I nodded and relaxed into his hold,

"I love you" I whispered,

"I love you too"

I woke up next when my alarm went off. I was still slightly nauseous but it wasn't too bad.

Thankfully, Calum stayed asleep as I got out of bed. He's been working super late lately so I wanted him to sleep.

I quickly grabbed some clothes before slipping into the bathroom. I took a quick shower then got dressed and brushed my hair and teeth. I didn't bother with makeup since I'd have a mask on anyway.

Once I was ready, I walked back into the bedroom finding Calum still asleep. I walked over and lightly woke him up,

"I'm leaving" I whispered. He hummed then sat up,

"I'll see you later. Be safe. I love you" he kissed me,

"I love you too" I smiled before pulling away and heading out to school.

All day I was nauseous so I was very glad to go back to Miya's dorm. But Miya didn't let me rest for a second. She immediately shoved three different pregnancy tests into my hand and pushed me to the bathroom. I looked back at her and she looked at me with a big smile,

"Hurry!"

I laughed and closed the door. I peed on all three tests then started the timer and let Miya into the bathroom,

"Are you nervous?" she asked,

"I'm worried. I don't want to keep getting my hopes up when it always comes out negative" I sighed,

"Don't think like that Ads. It's gonna work out" she assured. I took a breathe and nodded, anxiously waiting for the timer to tick down,

"If it's positive, when are you telling Calum?" Miya questioned,

"Wednesday. That's our one year" I smiled, "God, it's crazy. We've been together for a year and we're trying for a baby"

"And you're twenty" Miya shrugged,

"Yeah that too" I laughed out, "But I think we're ready. I mean, I've never felt this way about anyone before"

"Yeah? Well I can tell that Calum really loves you. You guys are going to be good"

I smiled just as the timer went off. My heart began to race as I stared down at the counter,

"Look" Miya encouraged. I nodded and flipped the first test- positive.

I flipped the second- positive.

Then I flipped the third- positive.
