After a nice little breakfast date with Adley before she had class, I headed to the studio to work. We had a good weekend together. We tried getting back to being us again. Intimately, we only made it as far as taking a bath and kissing. We haven't been able to bring ourselves past it.

"Hey Cal!" Ashton greeted me as I walked in, all the guys ready to start writing,

"Hey guys" I yawned and took a seat,

"How was your weekend? Adley was at your house, right? She stayed all weekend?" Michael questioned,

"It was- it was nice. I mean we tried working on some stuff since Roy wasn't there but it didn't really work"

I know I shouldn't be telling the guys this but they're like my therapists,

"Go on Cal" Ashton encouraged, "We'll listen and we won't judge"

"Adley and I tried to have sex but we couldn't do it. It's like as soon as we started, we both pulled back and just thought about the baby. It's like anytime we try to do anything sexual or intimate, our brains go crazy. We did take a bath together but that was it"

The boys all sent soft smiles. They know I've been having a hard time and they know how bad Adley and I want to be ourselves again.

"Just keep trying Calum but also don't push yourselves. You all don't have to jump back into being that touchy couple that has sex all the time. You all are grieving. You all lost a baby. It's okay to be sad. It's okay to take time" Luke patted my back,

"Have you two talked to anyone?" Michael questioned,

"It sounds like it'd be awkward, but we talked to Adley's mom. I mean, she went through it twice before she got pregnant with Adley. She told us it just takes time"

Alison actually talked to us a lot. It was weird talking about my sex life with my girlfriend's mom but we needed to talk about it. She helped us understand a lot of things too.

Adley's dad has been a mess about the whole thing. He went off on the doctors that took care of Adley when she had her appendix rupture. He was pissed they didn't even check or notice that she was pregnant. He told us it's something they need to do before they operate. He even went to the chief of the hospital. He was mad that the hospital he worked at let this happen,

"Can we just not talk about it anymore for right now?" I asked the guys. They all nodded and we started to work.

I was on lunch duty today. We tried Doordashing food but nobody would pick up the order, so I was sent out to go get it.

When I got back to the studio with all the food, I walked in and the guys just looked at me with a look of fear,

"What?" I questioned, sitting everything on the table,

"If I were you, I'd be calling and checking on Adley" Luke spoke and my heart dropped,

"What? What happened? Is she okay?"

The guys looked at each other,

"There was a leak" Michael sighed,

"And now the world knows about the miscarriage" Ashton finished.

It felt like everything was drained from me. I know with the life I have it's hard to keep things private, but this is something we worked hard to keep secret. I don't know how it got out,
